Located only 750m to the foreshore, via a scenic parkland reserve, or approx 8 mins walk to the Gilber St shops, the house is fully equipped and ready for your holiday. Leave the car at home and stroll to the beach, playgrounds, coastal walking trails and main shopping precinct, avoiding peak season traffic.
Only minutes from Torquayâs main shopping precinct, you will literally have restaurants, the Bowls Club, parklands and the Surf Coastâs beautiful beaches on your doorstep â park the car and explore by foot to truly enjoy this enviable holiday destination.
Getting Around:
Off-street parking available for 2 cars. This house is within walking distance to Taylor Park, beaches and the main street shops and restaurants. A short drive will take you to Torquay main beach, and the world famous Bells Beach.
Take a walk to beautiful Fishermanâs Beach, via Taylor Park reserve at the end of the street.
