Up the stairs and to the second floor is where the bedrooms and bathroom are located. It is also just over a mile to the nearest Babbacombe beach, as well as Torquay harbour/marina just being 1½ miles away. There is plenty to see and do around Torquay and Torbay as a whole not to mention the surrounding towns making up the South Hams. The famous fishing town of Brixham, and boating towns of Kingswear & Dartmouth or the historic market town of Totnes.
