Torquay has many hills it was historically built on ‘seven hills’ which provide the backdrop to a waterfront scene down in the marina, pier and seafront. The property is based in a quiet residential part of Torquay, although conveniently just a 10-minute walk down hill into town or an 18-minute walk to the beach, marina and the English Riviera’s coastline.

The apartment is furnished to a very high standard, and the galley kitchen is well equipped with quality kitchenware and appliances. The large living/dining room is the perfect space to read a book in front of the cosy glows of the wood burner or enjoy a film on the Smart TV. There’s also a handy study area here in case you should need to get any urgent emails done whilst away.
