On the ground floor you can find a fully equipped kitchen, with fridge freezer and washer dryer, a modern fitted bathroom with power shower and a delightful, exceptionally spacious open plan sleeping & living area. It has a beautiful king size bed with bedside tables, mirror and wardrobe, 2 sofas a table and chairs


The spacious cottage enjoys sea and garden views; features solid wood flooring and fine antique furniture for a touch of refinement and comfort.


Guests can enjoy relaxing on the comfortable pair of sofas which face the sunny cottage garden and provide the perfect place to unwind with a good book or to enjoy a movie on the large 40” flat screen LCD TV with DVD player. Alfresco dining can be enjoyed out on the terrace


The ground floor is suitable for wheelchair access and features all the facilities needed for a stay. The entire floor is wheel chair friendly with level thresholds.


On the first floor guests can enjoy a further relaxing large living area with two sofas, a smart TV and a full sized grand piano for musicians or composers. This room features French doors leading out to the pretty, sunny balcony with amazing sea views, perfect for a unwinding on a warm summers evening. A great place for photography and art. There is also a corner kitchen to prepare a gin and tonic!


From the property the 22 mile of glorious South Devon coastline is easily accessible from the nearby South West coastal path. Guests can enjoy exploring and marvelling over the dramatic heritage shore with its beaches, woodland trails and picturesque seaside towns including Dartmouth and Salcombe.


The vibrant seaside resort town of Torquay with its wide selection of restaurants, bars and shops and presented to visitors in a picturesque Victorian era resort with palm-lined promenade, pleasure grounds and grand sweeping Regency crescents with harbour walks and local visitor attractions provides the ideal place from which to explore the breath taking surrounding area and coastline, which still provides the perfect holiday escape today.


Parking: free on road parking outside the property and additional parking three mins walk away.


Notes: Pet fee £40 per pet, please note to clean up after your pets, if you do not then the Homeowner will charge £35 from your deposit.


This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable to Original Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
