The second large bedroom, also located on this floor, boasts a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room for added convenience. This bedroom has a Juliet balcony, providing picturesque views of the surrounding farm.

Both bedrooms come with TVs, ensuring entertainment during your stay, while the cottage also offers free Wi-Fi. Your furry friend is welcome, but note that ducks and farm animals are nearby, so pets must be leashed when necessary. Horseshoe Cottage provides a tranquil rural retreat near the beach, with easy access to Southeast Cornwall’s many attractions. The property sits on three acres of land, which guests are welcome to explore, including an organic vegetable and herb garden, a chicken house for fresh eggs, and ponds home to beautiful Cayuga ducks.

Downderry Village is just a 20-minute walk downhill, offering a charming local pub with stunning 180-degree sea views and a restaurant. The beach stretches along the coastline in both directions, revealing rock pools to explore at low tide. Heading west along the beach, you’ll reach Seaton Village, where two beach cafés and a children’s play park await. From here, you can also enjoy the scenic Otter Trail along the river through Seaton Valley Park.
