Strict Non-Smoking and No Party Policy: Our home is strictly non-smoking and not suitable for parties. A significant fine of $5,000 will be imposed for any violations of these policies to ensure the upkeep and quality of your stay.

Wi-Fi: You'll find the Wi-Fi name and password on the router located in the living room. If you have any issues connecting, try turning the router off and on again.

Heating/Cooling: The thermostat is located in the dining area. Adjust the temperature to suit your comfort. Please remember to turn it off when you go out for the day to conserve energy.

Arriving and getting in went great. The set up of the apartment worked out well for sleeping, with the bedroom in the basement. It was quiet and dark. Location was great for the Southside Shuffle. Only a 15 minute walk or a quick Uber. When we arrived, there was no toilet paper! There were no dish clothes, dish towels or hand towels. Not enough dishes to do any cooking or eating. The backyard had nice furniture but had not been mowed or cleaned up. We had to enter through the locked garage and then through an unlocked door to get into apartment. We originally thought this was secure until the next day when the upstairs people were in the garage charging their car. The garage door was left open, therefore they could get into our apartment and anyone walking by.

it was ok for me because i had a ride in and out of the village but the flat was not very comfortable, i felt like there was alot of cheaping out, the shower pole fell so i had to settle for baths, which for me is fine but meant that i couldnt just shower. another issue i really didnt enjoy is the bed, the mattress was a very cheap metal net mattress and let's just say it was painful. area is calm, neighbours clearly dont know theres a rental here as i was questionned a few times. closest thing is a shoppers 5 minutes walk away.
