Spacious 1 bedroom basement

Spacious one bedroom basement apartment with full washroom and living room. Ideal location for travelers, cyclists, climbers, bikers etc.
The space
Fully finished basement all to yourself with a Queen size bed and sectional sofa in the living room. There is a space heater that has been provided if it gets too cold.

Please note that my family lives upstairs and there may be noise from the kids sometimes. This would not be the ideal place for you if you work from home or are looking for a completely quiet home.
Guest access
Guest will have access to the basement through a separate entrance. A code will be provided. The separate entrance is through the garage which is a shared space.
Please ensure you have selected the right number of guests as there is an additional charge
The door opens inwards and could sometimes make it difficult to bring luggage in / out. Please reach out if you need help bringing in your luggage so I can open the door leading to my unit to make it easy.
Other things to note
You may get free street parking if you request for a parking exception using the myMILTON app. You can park either before or after the bus stop.

Parking exceptions are granted to allow residents to park on the street for up to 18 days per calendar year, per vehicle license plate, as follows:

In excess of five (5) hours
From 2 am to 6 am

During snow-clearing operations, the Town has the right to suspend street parking exceptions at any time. Parking exceptions obtained prior to the snow event are null and void during snow-clearing operations.

Please ensure you get the approval for every night you have to park.

I will not be responsible for any parking ticket obtained as a result of parking on the street.
