1. On the 2nd floor is your private room PINE, of our 3-story, newly built Townhome. Your private full bathroom with a standing shower is located on the first floor, this is not shared and is only for your use. The bathroom is always locked, and you will only have the key for it, ensuring your hygiene, safety and comfort.

5. HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES INCLUDED:
- Our Guests’ safety and well-being during their stay at our rental property is always our top priority. In order to ensure that, we implemented lots of safety measures and installed a lot of safety equipment. In addition, we follow industry-standard enhanced cleaning measures and safety guidelines, adhering to guidance from the City of Toronto Public Health agency.
- Our home is regularly pest-controlled, inspected and maintained. We also keep video documentation of the unit’s condition — including beds and mattresses — between each guest.
- EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS ON PROPERTY: There are 3 three operational 24/7 motion-activated exterior security cameras for "home safety and for security purposes only".
- FIRE EXTINGUISHER located in the Kitchen
- SMOKE, CO AND STROBE ALARM, LOCATED IN EVERY FLOOR/ HALLWAY: Kidde 3-in-1 Hardwire Interconnected Combination Smoke and CO Alarm with Strobe Light provides temporal patterns and Voice Alert.

Please take a moment to read through the following Innkeeper Agreement terms. By continuing with your reservation, you confirm that you understand and agree to follow these guidelines during your stay.

1. Minimum Booking Age 18. Photo I.D. showing Name & picture of Payment Card showing Name required to confirm Guest/ Booker’s Identity. Family/ Friend can book on your behalf. Only registered guest allowed for overnight Stay/ Sleep.

2. Maximum 1 one Guest Can Sleep. No Extra Guest, No Visitor Stays Overnight. After 1 guest, Charge per guest per night: $75/night. No one is allowed to sleep anywhere except their Bedroom, i.e., no sleeping in the living room, Dining, kitchen, or any other Areas.

3. Please respect Quiet Hours strictly starting from 22:00 till the Next Morning 8:00. No loud noise during Quiet Hours out of respect for other Guests from different Time Zones who need to sleep. Please No loud noise, No Laundry and Cooking , No large gatherings, No visitor after 10 PM, No Laundry and Cooking after 10 PM.

4. All kinds of Smoking strictly prohibited on and inside the Premises under the City of Toronto’s Municipal Code Chapter 709 and the Smoke-free Ontario Act, 2017. A fine up to $1000 may apply if Smoking occurs during your stay. No Parking, No Pet, No Drug, No Cannabis, No Vaping, No e-Cigarettes, No BBQ, No Party/ Large Gathering.

5. CHECK-IN: After 16:00, CHECK-OUT: Before11:00. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out may not always be possible due to same-day booking.

6. Residential Use Only. No Subletting / Filming / Commercial / Business Activity on the Premises. DO NOT DYE / COLOR YOUR HAIR ON PROPERTY. DO NOT SELECT WATER TEMPERATURE WARM / HOT FOR LAUNDRY.

7. Light Cooking, please avoid cooking strong-smelling food as other guests might have smell issues. During your Stay: No Room Service, No Cleaning Staff on Property to Clean Every day, No Staff on Duty, No Cleaning Inside Your Room. We kindly ask that you follow the host’s guidelines for Check-in, Quiet Hours, Entering and Exiting, Shared Spaces, Check-out, and Waste disposal.

8. ​Guest can purchase his/ her own Insurance for Personal and Property Damage, Loss, Injury, etc. The Host is not responsible for Any Such Coverage.
9. During your stay, we may occasionally need brief 2-5 minute access to your room for maintenance/ important matters. We will inform you in advance of any such visit.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, these MAPLE House Rules must be observed at all times. Otherwise may result in early termination of the rental/reservation period.

Violation of one/more of these House Rules shall terminate the rental/reservation period.
