Grocery, LCBO, TD bank and so on right in the Building.
This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home. Bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer. Kitchen with cookware. Tea, coffee, kettle, coffeemaker, toaster and so on. Iron and ironing board.

Access to the Pool, Gym is allowed for 28+ days stay.
Other things to note
According to the condo rules we must provide information about our guests to the condo management prior to their arrival, i.e. every guests` names and their ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (in case you require a parking spot). We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti fraud measure. Please note that you need to be 18 or over in order to check in.
Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given ARE NOT allowed into the building. These are mandatory requirements, if you do not agree to provide this information, we can`t guarantee a refund.
Paid underground parking (in/out privileges) is available upon a request and not included in the price. The price is $10 per night if you book for at least 15 nights. Please request in advance as it could be booked.
Pets are allowed in the apartment. If you plan to stay with pets, please, confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Pets fee $10 per night for 1 pet.
We have Travel Crib (for baby 0 18 month) and Bed Rails. $5 per one item per night. Book, please, in advance.

All guests are required to leave a refundable deposit of $500.
If at any case smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, this deposit will not be refunded.
The unit entrance is equipped with a smart lock which makes the check in check out process super easy. Whether your are running late or you need to leave early in the morning, there's no need to wait to get or return the keys. We can lock or unlock the suite door remotely using the smart lock.

If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance. ** NO SMOKING POLICY The unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building.If the alarm is triggered and we will discover the smell of any type of smoke, Simply Comfort has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you: 150$ service call 200$ cleaning fees Please contact us if you have any questions.
