Guests must keep shared washrooms and common areas clean after each use.

Upstairs kitchen is shared by both upstairs and downstairs guests. Please keep it clean and tidy for everyone.

Wash dishes, cookware, and utensils immediately after use and return them to their place.

Do not leave personal items or food scattered in the kitchen. Use your assigned storage space.

Lock your bedroom and the main door when leaving the house.

Guests are responsible for taking out their own garbage regularly.

Please separate garbage, recycling, and organics according to City of Toronto rules:

Take garbage to the designated outdoor bins on collection days or when full.

Improper kitchen use (leaving dirty dishes, oil stains, food scraps) will result in a $50 cleaning fee.

Unapproved extra guests will be charged $100 per person per night, and the booking may be canceled.

Smoking indoors will incur a $300 penalty plus professional odor removal costs.

Garbage disposal violations may result in a $50 penalty.

Serious or repeated violations may lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund and will be reported to Airbnb.
