‱ The unit is located on the second floor and is accessible by a staircase (steep stairs). There are approximately 15 steps leading up to the unit.

‱ The stove is fully functional; though the display does not show all the numbers and is showing some signs of wear and tear.

‱ Water pressure is generally comfortable; however, during peak usage times when multiple units are using water simultaneously, you may notice a brief, slight reduction.



‱ Noise Awareness

Please note that some noise from passing streetcars, general street activity, or neighboring units may occasionally be heard from the property. As this is a residential building in a vibrant city area, sounds such as footsteps or movement from nearby condos are normal. We appreciate your understanding and want you to feel informed and prepared during your stay.

‱ Strictly smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property and risk of a fine.
