Other things to note
No Smoking, No Parties, No Illegal Activity
- Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house or within 15 ft (5 meters) of the property. A $300 fee will be charged for any violation.
- A Minut noise and air quality sensor is installed — any indication of smoking will automatically trigger a fine.
- Parties and events are also strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in a $1,000 fine.
- Additionally, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, or harboring fugitives is not tolerated. Violation of this rule will lead to immediate termination of the agreement with no refund.
Accurate Guest Count: For safety, insurance, and compliance reasons, all guests must be included in your reservation at the time of booking. A fee of CAD 100 per guest per night will apply for any undisclosed guests.
Early Check-in & Late Check-out: Standard check-in time: 4 PM | Standard check-out time: 11 AM. Need flexibility? Inquire about early check-ins or late check-outs (subject to availability).
Cleaning Policy: This is a cozy property, not a hotel. Regular cleaning during your stay is not provided unless requested.
Additional cleaning services are available for an extra fee.
If you’d like to extend your stay, please let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-out. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and avoid additional fees for rescheduling our cleaning team.
