Villa Silva is a luxury property on Lake Como, tucked away in the picturesque village of Torno, the property offers a serene escape that embraces the timeless charm of the region. Surrounded by local shops and restaurants, the villa offers an authentic Italian experience where tradition and modern comforts seamlessly intertwine. Meander through sunlit streets and immerse yourself in a cultural ambiance that makes Lake Como feel like a home away from home.
Easily accessible by both car and boat, the villa welcomes you with a striking arrival, where the tranquil waters of the lake provide a stunning backdrop. Unwind by the private heated pool (4x8 mt) with hydromassage, lounge on the terrace, or simply soak in the peaceful surroundings from the comfort of your private retreat. The grand neoclassical veranda overlooks the serene lake and provides shade and shelter, while the indoor playroom complete with ping pong and foosball tables adds a playful touch to your stay.
Guests can enjoy direct access to the lake from the villaâs terrace, with the option to moor a boat at the private Darsena. Boats must be compatible with the dockâs size, but if needed, boats can be moored at the nearby village harbor. Inquire for further info
Villa Silva comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests across three levels and more than 550 square meters of space plus an annex. The design beautifully blends elegant neoclassical furnishings with contemporary amenities, while expansive windows frame panoramic lake views, creating a perfect balance of luxury and coziness.
The ground floor features a welcoming veranda, a spacious living room, and a dining area that seats up to 16 guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a granite countertop, gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and two dishwashers. Additionally, there's a laundry room with a wash and dryer, a guest bathroom, and convenient access to the villa's private elevator. A magnificent Carrara marble staircase leads you to the upper levels.
On the first floor, a luxurious retreat awaits. Exquisite liberty-style furnishings flow throughout the living room, which includes a fireplace, satellite TV, and comfortable seating, making it an ideal spot for intimate relaxation. Three beautifully appointed bedrooms each feature private bathrooms, satellite TV, and spacious wardrobes. The Master Suite (which can be converted into a twin, upon request) boasts a private terrace and an indulgent en-suite bathroom with double sinks, a bathtub, and a separate shower. Two additional double bedrooms (one convertible to twin beds, upon request) share a bathroom with both a bathtub and shower.
On the second floor, you'll find four more bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, wardrobe, and satellite TV. Two of the rooms come with en-suite bathrooms featuring bathtubs, while the other two are equipped with showers. All bedrooms on this level can be arranged with twin beds upon request. A second veranda, complete with a ping pong and foosball table, adds an element of fun, while an additional guest bathroom completes this floor.

The villaâs annex has recently been renovated with the addition of a new bedroom, bringing the total guest capacity (main villa + annex) to up to 16 people.
Situated to the right of the main villa and slightly elevated, the annex is spread over two levels:
Upper Level: Nearly aligned with the villaâs first floor, this level includes a cozy double bedroom with a split king-size bed (180 cm), which can be separated into two singles, perfect for couples or friends.
Lower Level: Accessed via a steep internal staircase, this floor features: a compact bathroom with a shower; a small living area that opens directly onto the pool area.
Parking & Access
There are two covered parking spaces located within the near village, just a 5â7-minute walk to the villa. A luggage porter service is included, offering transport to the villa via a private Jeep, which is also available for village transfers during the stay.
Please Note: The top-floor apartment is occasionally used by the owner and is not available for rent.

The villa is located in the town of Torno with all services reachable withing walking distance, Como city is 5 km away with train station, by boat is easy to reach all the main lake destination like Cernobbio, Bellagio etc. Malpensa airport is 70 km.
