A Few Days Getaway

We had an amazing time during our stay. We loved the calm and relaxing feel as well as the outdoor amenities on the water. We used the kayaks for paddling and the dock for fishing. Would highly recommend!

The House was just as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. There were nice extra touches throughout. Maria, the hostess was easy to get hold of and quickly answered questions.

Sweet Cottage on Mill Creek

What a beautiful and peaceful little cottage! We were able to kayak and see so much wildlife on the shore. Sitting on the dock while catching sunrays and watching the fish jump was my favorite past time. The cottage was beautifully decorated, very clean and so comfortable! Just a sweet gem!

Perfect Birthday

We came for a few days right before Christmas to celebrate my birthday. We loved the house, all the little touches, and the full sized Christmas tree! The view is lovely, the house clean, and the beds comfy. I kept thinking how I have to come back in the spring. I can just see kids playing, fishing, laying on the hammock. The adults sitting outside talking and laughing. We come down to the river twice a year, and this will be the house we come to. Dog bowls, dog blankets and a bed also were a huge hit for Duke. He agrees with me that this is the house!

Perfect place for Girls Weekend

The house was exactly as listed, with the bonus of sweet touches appreciated by the women in our group. Four of us fit comfortably, and we really enjoyed starting and ending our day in the sunroom, viewing the sky. Excellent communication with the host when we needed it. We would stay here again for sure!

lovely getaway

My husband and I stayed here for five nights In October. Beds were very comfy, kitchen very functional. Cozy living room, spectacular sunroom with beautiful deck. Just as pictured. Host communication was excellent. Our bedroom was a bit chilly the first night and Maria delivered a space heater for our bedroom, which was over the top service. We highly recommend this quiet spacious waterfront property!

Great Anniversary Trip!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect. We were impressed with every attention to detail. We really appreciated everything, especially how clean the home was. All possible needs were anticipated and accommodated for, including for puppy guests, who were comfortable and had a great time as well! The views, especially at sunrise and sunset, were amazing. Everything from the decks and docks, screened gazebo for our anniversary dinner, the little beach and walks around the area made for a wonderful relaxing, easy and peaceful anniversary trip! We were even greeted with a surprise Happy Anniversary welcome banner over the fireplace! Thanks to Maria, our wonderful host! It was great.. we would love to stay here again!

The three C's - cute, cozy and comfortable!

My adult daughter and I, along with our dogs, stayed here for 5 nights and really enjoyed our time here. The house is small but really cozy and comfortable. It is really nicely decorated, and clearly a lot of thought was put into making it look as homey and inviting as possible. Beds were comfortable, and linens and towels were fresh and clean. The kitchen is small, and no dishwasher, but was fine for our needs. Bathrooms have been updated and very well appointed. The best part, of course, is the back of the house, from the deck overlooking the dock and creek to the small private beach where our dogs had great fun swimming (even alongside us as we paddled the kayaks!). Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate, as 3 of our 5 days there rained, but we made the most of the good weather we had. I would love to come back!
