Middle Barn is a gorgeous converted grain store situated in the grounds of the Owner's estate, surrounded by stunning countryside yet close to the pretty towns of Leigh and Chiddingstone. The property has been carefully and beautifully restored to a high standard offering a bright light modern open plan living area with a contemporary feel yet retaining its original beams. The property is located in a great position to explore the numerous places of historical interest. Nearby Chiddingstone is a surviving Tudor village full of charm and history with The Castle Inn pub offering traditional pub food. Close by is Hever Castle the childhood home of Ann Boleyn, Penshurst Place, Chiddingstone Castle and Chartwell, the home of Sir Winston Churchill. London is a short train journey away; or for excellent shopping opportunities, great cafes and restaurants there are the close towns of Royal Tunbridge Wells, and Sevenoaks - which also offers glorious walks within the grounds of Knole Park.

Parking: Parking for 2 cars in the stable block to the right of the property
Pets: This property will take 1 dog. Please let the homeowner know if you plan to bring your pet. Please bring your own pet bedding, towels and bowls. Please ensure pets do not go into bedrooms or on furniture. Never leave pets alone in the property. Please clear all evidence of pets from gardens etc before leaving.
Also provided: Welcome pack with use of swimming pool / terrace by arrangement from end of May to the end of September subject to the weather. 24-hour return laundry service on site.
