Maximum of 6 registered total guests only; quiet hours 10pm–8am weekdays & 12pm-8am weekends; no parties/events; animal-free home; hot-tub care as posted. Treat the home kindly and let us know if anything needs attention—everything’s fixable when we know.

Note: The City of Bowling Green, Ohio has passed an ordinance that establishes a tax on stays for short term rentals. This will will take effect in 2026 but the date has not been established. When this tax takes effect, this will be added to all rentals starting on the effective date, no matter when booked.

5 stars is NOT enough need like 100 stars! This place is amazing if you like mid-modern history paired with modern updates. As owner mentioned in one of pictures you could eat off the floor it is so immaculate and clean! Even a five star general who is doing a white glove inspection would agree. Don't hesitate to stay here; hosts were amazing and went above and beyond to check in and take care of any needs if any we needed (but didn't have any). We cannot wait to return! Thank you Michelle & Scott for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Our stay was perfect! The house is decorated wonderfully and really makes you feel at home! The hot tub and beautiful back yard were amazing! Michele was great to work with - we will definitely be back next time we are in town for a curling tournament!

Very cute in wonderful neighborhood

The house was well decorated in a lovely area near everything. There were fun places to hang out both indoors and outdoors. Michelle and Scott were excellent hosts and helpful with local advice - best ice cream, restaurants, and short cuts for traveling around in the area. We would definitely stay there again.

It was perfect, a nice welcome sign when you walked in. Cinnamon rolls 1 for each of us. Extremely clean, and notes left for you. It was retro decor my era I will use them again. Even our 6 month old had fun.

My son & I took a road trip and I can’t stress enough how grateful we were to the attention to detail on cleaning at this place. The owners are great with communication & the house is wonderfully located in a great spot in town. I can’t wait for the opportunity to stop by again.

Quick weekend getaway

My wife and I was in need of a weekend getaway. We were looking for someplace nice, quiet and romantic. This place covered that and then some. Owners are nice and have thought of everything. Nice near by restaurants and things to do. The backyard and hot tub is fantastic! We can't wait to come back again!

We stayed for a wedding at Stone Ridge Golf Club. Michelle met us when we got there and walked us through where everything was at in the house. The house was spotless and stocked with everything we needed including cinnamon rolls! Was the perfect location to get to downtown Bowling Green and to the golf club. Would highly recommend this spot for your next trip to Bowling Green

Great stay for a family wedding in Bowling Green

One of my best stays from a vacation getaway site. Host was communicative and adaptable when we had some last minute changes to our plans. She even mailed us back some items we had left behind! The house is as advertised with an awesome story behind it; great for kids and adults alike. Beautiful backyard.

Wonderful week

My son attended a middle school camp at BSU for a week and we absolutely loved our stay at the Mid Mod Retreat! There is absolutely no comparison of this spotless home to a hotel room. The hosts were not only kind and thoughtful, but more than accommodating to our family and our needs. I highly recommend this home. Not only because of its proximity to BSU, but also because of the attention to detail that the hosts have taken. Wonderful place to stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The hosts have thought of everything; the kitchen is very well stocked. Many great options for entertainment and fun(tvs in all rooms, video game console, great Wi-Fi, expansive selection of games). The home was very clean and had everything one could need. The location was great. Close to all things but peaceful and quiet. The decor was meticulously selected and creates an enjoyable environment to spend time. Truly one of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed in.
