AMENITIES:
This outstanding villa is professionally managed, fully cleaned before every stay, and for your convenience, comes with everything you`ll need for a comfortable stay.
The entire villa is air conditioned for your comfort, and comes with wireless internet, fully stocked amenities, housekeeping & gardening staff.
Please note that the housekeeping staff will do any laundry you may have as they are the only ones with access to the washer and dryer in the house. 1 free laundry service is included with stays of 3-7 nights. All subsequent laundry requests will be an added charge of $10 per load.
**Please Note**
During construction of the new coastal highway in our area, power outages are being scheduled two or three times weekly in order to install new electrical supply along the road. Unfortunately, notifications for these outages are often last-minute or non-existent. NSR will notify our guests as soon as we have confirmation of a power outage date.
At the same time, due to the current global situation, there is a propane shortage that is resulting in a rationing of the local supply. While this home does have a generator for use during power outages, until the supply issue is resolved the generator can only be run for a total of 4 hours per day.

DISTANCE TO AIRPORT
Located about a 2.5-hour drive from the Augusto C. Sandino airport in Managua. Another option can be the Liberia, Costa Rica Airport located approximately 3 hours from the Rancho Santana development. Flying into Liberia requires a border crossing, and our drivers can be on-hand to help with navigating, escorting guests across both borders and delivering them safely to their accommodations.

We can organize transportation service to and from the airport. If you would like to rent a vehicle, we highly recommend renting a 4x4 as it does get a bit bumpy in Nicaragua, and not driving at night without a guide. We can coordinate delivery of a rental vehicle to your villa, free of charge!
A vehicle will also allow you to access the Playa Colorado, Panga Drops and Los Perros surf breaks. There is a back road within Rancho Santana that leads to a surf parking area (and great taco restaurant!). You can park there and surf Los Perros out front or walk to Panga Drops and Playa Colorado.
