Our house is located in the community A Pocono Country Place. The house is NOT in a secluded area. Although there is beautiful nature around the house, such as trees and animals, you can see other houses from our house.

Our house is dog-friendly (2 dogs max). No cats or other pets allowed (sorry!).
We charge. $100 pet fee. Please select âpetâ when youâre booking your reservation. If you are bringing your pets, please bring a blanket from home so that they can lie on it if you wish to have them on the furniture (please no pets on the furniture without your blanket, this is important because it's time-and resource-consuming to clean pet hair from the sheets and furniture).

Although we allow children (babies and toddlers) we don't have cribs or high chairs. We also have stairs inside the house leading to the upstairs part of the house. Please be careful and always watch your children if you decide this property is safe for them.

Pool Access & Wristbands
The pools will be opening for the season (weather permitting). Please remind your tenants:
Daily pool access is $12.00 per person/per day, non-refundable
Wristbands are only available for purchase at the pool entrance after registration is validated by the Welcome Center
One wristband grants access to all pools, the beach, and miniature golf.
The number of wristbands issued may not exceed the occupancy limit listed on your Coolbaugh Township Short-Term Rental Permit
Tobyhanna State Park: only 10 m drive from the house. Fishing, swimming, boating, and hiking. Dogs allowed! Free entrance. Guest access
CHECK IN: Please note that our home is located in a gated HOA community (A Pocono Country Place), which requires all guests to check in at the communityâs Welcome Center upon arrival. This is a mandatory step for all visitors, and wait timesâparticularly on Friday afternoonsâcan vary and are completely outside of our control. We appreciate your patience with this process. Once you complete check-in with the HOA, your arrival at the house will be smooth and fast. We provide a smart lock for easy self-entry, and we make sure everything is ready for a hassle-free start to your stay.
This is a gated community. We can only accommodate 3 cars on our property. At booking, you must provide the full name for 1 person per car. The driver of each car, will need to check in at the building left to the gate (Welcome center) with a valid driver's license and the car's registration docs. You will get a pass to enter the community for the duration of your stay ( You don't need to check in again. Our house has keypad so you will be able to self-check in). The community center is open 24/7. We will provide you with a unique code only valid for you and expires upon check out.
AMENITIES (summer only for pools and lakes) : Pools and swimming lake are open from Memorial day to Labor day. (Pools open on weekdays at mid June when school is out). Weekends are open from Memorial to Labor day weekends.
You will need to purchase an amenity wristband at the welcome center for $ 12 per person per day. 1 pass allows unlimited access to any of the pools or lake or any amenity for the day.

You will have the entire house to yourself. Please be respectful and treat it as your home. We put a lot of time, effort, and money into making it a special place for our guests.
