Spring is here!!! Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Just minutes away from Ski slopes of Camelback, Big-boulder/Jack Frost, Mt. Airy casino, Kalahri indoor water park, Great Wolf Lodge, Pocono raceway, Sunset Hill Outdoor shooting, The Crossing Premium Outlets and Tobyhanna state park.

Located in a private community, with 24/7 security. Enjoy a number of amenities the community has to offer, lake, pools, paddle boats, play grounds, basketball, tennis and baseball. We are located in the center of Mount Pocono!

This is a 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom. Parking for up to 5 cars. This is a two story cape cod design.

You will love this space and feel refreshed from your everyday life. This is a warm, inviting and peaceful place to relax. You will be surrounded by nature and wildlife that roams on the property. We provide all the amenities you will need so your vacation is simple to plan and easy to enjoy.

We know you will have a special time at our home and hope we can be your hosts!

We want you to be completely comfortable here and our goal is to make your stay MUCH BETTER THAN EXPECTED from start to finish! To ensure an enjoyable experience, feel free to contact me at any point before or during your stay. The whole house is yours.

The first floor has a spacious living room, with a wood burning fireplace and a 55”LED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV. Offering multitude of channels, or connection to your favorite streaming services.

Dining room has a beautiful wooden table with seating for 6 and extra chairs in storage.

The kitchen has all the essentials, pots, pans, skillets, kettle, cooking utensils, cooking oil, salt & pepper, eating utensils, mugs, glass cups, plates, bowls, wine glasses, knife set & cutting board, can opener, coffee pot with coffee and filters, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, fridge & freezer and blender. Dishwashing soap and dishwasher soap also included.

First floor has a full bathroom with glass shower doors and detachable shower heads. There is also a Bedroom with a queen bed.

Second floor includes 2 bedrooms and one full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed and a bunk bed twin XL over full. And the other bedroom has a queen bed and a full bed.

The house has a Washer and Dryer and a game area that offers fun for kids and adults of all ages! Standing arcades with multiple games built in and a foosball table. Community quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am.

Linens and Towels are included.

Check in 4:00 pm and Check out time is 11:00 am. Late check out and early check in is offered for free based on availability.

Community Outdoor Pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Community charges $12 per person per day to use the pool.

Roman was responsive to questions we had, and answered us quickly. It was my husband, sister, and brother in law who stayed for the long weekend. We enjoyed the hot tub and firepit. We had what we needed to make breakfast and dinners there at the house. The house was comfortable and clean. As we were getting ready to leave, we all commented how enjoyable the house was and that we would stay there again.

Great little spot

Needed a place short notice for a work project. Took the family with me (wife, dog and 4 kids 14, 11, 11 and 10). Had a blast! Took them into NYC for a day. It’s a great little spot in a super cool wooded mountain area. Would 100% stay here again.

Easy set up, and we had a lot of fun. The hot tub was perfect and there's was plenty to do to keep us entertained. We really enjoyed being able to cook our own meals with the well stocked kitchen. I highly recommend booking with Roman. He is very attentive and gets back to you in a timely manner. We ran into an issue around 11pm and he was able to solve it that night. Great host with a great property. I look forward to booking with him again.

Nice quiet house with a jacuzzi

When we came there, already appreciated a lot of space for parking at least 3 cars. A little confused with two lockers, but we figured it out. The host fice us good nice instructions on how to check, and check out, we just spent a little extra time picking up a gate pass. Basically a lot of stuff was broken outside, so do a video, but the host told me he will fix it asap. Everything was working, kitchen equipment, jacuzzi, video games. Nice house to stay, recommend

Met expectations

The house was clean and stocked with what we needed: paper towels, coffee filters, fire wood. Very comfortable. The hot tub and fire pit were all accessible and we enjoyed them each night. Also a gas grill available that we didn’t use. Each night we got a visit from the wild deer who passed by us while we were making s’mores! We all had fun playing with the video game machines and Netflix and YouTube available on the TV, too, for some fun faux-karaoke. I’d come back here again. The place is not brand new, but it was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a city get away for friends.

Great house for kids in the Poconos!!

The house was very clean, comfortable & had everything you might need. There is so much to do with the kids. Quiet neighborhood. All the waterparks are about 15 min away. Owner was on top of everything & responded quickly to any questions I had.

Our family needed a rest after a long hectic summer. We just relaxed in the hot tub and around the fire pit. There is a Community pool for $12 per person per day and are immaculate..

Fantastic place!

The folks at the Welcome Center were very nice and welcoming. The house is in a great development that has security for your extra feel of safety. The location is 5-6 miles from all your shopping needs. The house was so immaculate upon arrival. The water pressure in the shower felt so good! I love the washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. The fire pit is awesome! All the beds are super comfy along with a great selection of linens and towels. I would recommend doing a food shop prior to arriving although the house already had a stock of condiments, dishes for all and utensils as well. A PAC-MAN & MORTAL KOMBAT arcade game made our nights indoors fun and entertaining. There's also a Foosball Table that I did not use. I can't forget the beautiful family of deer that would come on to the property for apples and bread. The owner, Roman, dealt with ALL my questions and texts. He was so polite and patient with me. This place was a great home away from home and I'll be booking again for sure. Thank you, Roman!

I went to the property for the weekend to celebrate my birthday with family. We all enjoy the house , jacuzzi and lots of BBQ . Great walk around the areas with a beautiful lake . It also included community pool . We didn’t had the chance to go but we will definitely go back . Great communication., anything we need was always a text away .

Home away from home

Perfection for the 8 of us

The home provided the space we needed to hang together or enjoy our own time alone when we needed it. Enjoyed the beautiful nature and wild animals at the back door. Travel was easy to the various Rec areas including E. Roman has sufficient cookware and dish ware for our use. I could go on and on. First floor bedroom is great. Only suggestion is grab bar in 1st floor shower would be ideal Second floor bedrooms very roomy! We hope to plan a return stay.
