This stunning modern home is centrally located, close to everything you'd want to do when visiting the Poconos! Throughout the home, we've worked hard to ensure we've provided everything you need for a fantastic vacation. Here's some additional information on the home:

MAIN LEVEL: Comfort and Entertainment
Step inside to discover a spacious open-concept living area where comfort meets style. The living room invites you to unwind with plush seating and a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for chilly evenings or relaxed mornings. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats 6, making it the ideal spot for shared meals and moments of togetherness. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials for preparing delicious home-cooked meals. Plus, a dedicated coffee bar with K-cups, cream, sugar, tea, and hot cocoa is available to kickstart your mornings.

The main level also features a fun-filled game room where you can challenge your friends to a game of air hockey, throw some darts, or enjoy a round of classic arcade games. A bar area in the game room ensures that the fun never stops. Additionally, this floor includes a full bathroom, a laundry room, and a comfortable bedroom with a queen bed, providing convenience and accessibility. In all of the bedrooms, we provide high-quality linens and towels.

SECOND FLOOR: Relaxation and Luxury
Venture upstairs to find the ultimate retreat. The master suite is a sanctuary of luxury, boasting a massive bedroom with two beds: a king bed and a pull-out full-size sofa bed. Attached is a spa-like ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a lounge area complete with its own coffee bar. Wake up each day to a tranquil environment designed to give you the space to relax and recharge no matter what your plans are for the day.

On the second floor, you'll also find three additional bedrooms: two furnished with queen beds and one delightful kids' room. The kids' room is thoughtfully designed with a bunk bed (full on the bottom and twin on top), a queen bed, toys, and books, making it a fun and cozy space for younger guests. A second full bathroom is also on this level.

This home is designed with modern conveniences to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house, smart TVs in every room for all your entertainment needs, and a Google Nest system controlling the central heat and AC. Keyless entry with a unique code generated just for your stay ensures security and ease of access. For your security, there are also 2 cameras outside the home that record audio and video. The first is above the driveway facing the front, and the second is in the back facing the yard.

Experience the best of both worlds in our charming short-term rental nestled within the secure and inviting community of A Pocono Country Place. This gated community is perfect for families and vacationers looking for a memorable getaway.

For those who love furry companions, our neighborhood boasts a fantastic fenced dog park where your four-legged friends can frolic and make new pals. Sports enthusiasts will find themselves in paradise with access to a baseball field, tennis courts, and basketball courts – perfect for family tournaments.

And let's not forget the little ones! Our community features a delightful playground where children can burn off energy and create unforgettable memories.

Venture a bit further into the neighborhood, and you'll discover even more excitement. During the summer months, amenity passes can be purchased for $12 per person, per day and guests can enjoy four additional swimming pools, ensuring there's always a place to cool off. Sunbathe on the sandy shores of our swimming beach, try your hand at a round of miniature golf, or embark on a leisurely paddle boat adventure. The options are endless, and the fun never stops!

After you book, you'll be required to complete a short-term rental registration form provided by the HOA after booking. This form must be completed 72 hours prior to arrival, or a $75 late registration processing fee is charged. If you still have not completed the form 24 hours prior to check-in, your reservation will be canceled, and no refund will be provided.

This community houses a mixture of vacation homes and permanent residents, so we ask that you are mindful of the neighbors and respect the quiet hours, which are from 10 pm to 8 am.

This home is located in a gated community so after you book, you'll be asked to fill out a registration form specifically for the community. It must be returned to us 3 days before your arrival, otherwise, you will be charged a $75 expedited processing fee. Registration forms must be submitted 24 hours prior to access being granted to the community, or your reservation will be canceled with no refund given. Amenities passes are available for $12 per person daily, and you can purchase them directly at any pool location. With these passes, you will have access to community pools (Memorial Day - Labor Day), swimming beaches, mini-golf, and paddle boats (July 1st-Labor Day)

Smoking: There is no smoking inside the house. Due to additional cleaning costs, a minimum fine of $500 will be assessed if evidence of smoking is found.

Hot Tub Rules and Guidelines:
1.) Max Occupancy in the hot tub is up to 6 people.
2.)Glassware is not permitted in the hot tub.
3.) Always secure the hot tub cover when the hot tub is not in use. If the water overflows and dips below the black filter in the corner of the hot tub, the water will not filter properly and will become dirty. To prevent this, use the backyard hose to refill the hot tub until the waterline is above the filter. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged if excessive debris or dirty water from a low waterline requires the hot tub to be drained and deep cleaned.
4.) After 10 PM, you may continue to use the hot tub and fire pit, but please keep music off and voices low. Our neighbors are vigilant about noise, and complaints will be taken seriously.

Community Rules:
1.) Quiet hours start at 10 PM.
2.) No fireworks


Additional Guests:
If more than 14 guests stay overnight, a $100 per person fee will be charged for every additional guest.

Bunk Beds:
The bunk beds have a strict manufacture weight limit of 200 lbs per bed.

Pet Policy:
1.) $100 per dog, per stay. Maximum of 2 dogs per stay.
2.) Keep dogs off furniture and white linens. Wipe dirty paws with the provided towels before entering.
3.) Please pick up after your dog both inside and outside to ensure a clean space for future guests.
4.) Cats are not allowed due to allergy concerns.

Surveillance and Noise Monitoring:
There are 2 Ring cameras on the property-
-Front Camera: Above the garage, facing the front of the house and driveway.
-Back Camera: In the backyard, monitoring the fire pit and hot tub.
Noise Monitor: There is 1 noise monitoring device in the backyard. It measures overall noise levels but does not record audio.
***Important: Do not cover or tamper with the cameras or unplug the WiFi router. Doing so will result in immediate reservation cancellation with no refund. If the WiFi is not working, inform the hosts right away.

Wildlife Safety:
The community has wildlife, including black bears. Do not approach bears and seek safety immediately if you see one. Hosts and homeowners are not liable for any interactions with wildlife, including, but not limited to, bears, deer, skunks, and squirrels.

Located within a gated community, you'll need to check in at the welcome center to get access. If you're going north on Sterling Road, you'll take a left onto country place dr. If you're going south on Sterling Road, you'll take a right. There, you'll find the Welcome Center on your left. They'll ask you for your driver's license and the car registration. Once they confirm you're in the system, you'll get a pass for your car, which will allow you to proceed to 8523 Bumble Bee Way.
