It is located on a 1700 m2 large property that has attractive views of the nearby archipelago. A 3-floor Villa Aquila has a surface of 320 m2 and a modern interior. The villa has 4 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms and can perfectly accommodate up to 9 people. An optimum number of people is 8.
Two bedrooms are located on the first floor and two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The master bedroom on top exits on a terrace with a jacuzzi. Each bedroom has king size bed, an en-suite bathroom, a flat TV screen, air conditioning, and a balcony. 3 bathrooms have a rain shower, only one bathroom has a bathtub.
The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances. It has a worktop that can serve as a breakfast bar. The living room is an open plan type and has cozy angled furniture, an armchair, and a flat TV. From large glass walls, there is a beautiful view of the area with small scattered islands: Skoljic, Ljutac, Borovnik, Bisaga, Hrbosnjak, Mimonjak, and Maslinjak islands.
The heated swimming pool of 32 m2 has 8 cozy beach chairs and an outdoor shower. The pool is not heated from November 1 – April 1, 2023.
The terrace is particularly nice on a sunny day. Several sitting areas are great for your first-morning coffee, reading a book, or just contemplating.
Below the villa, there is a well-maintained garden with one part designed for children. Sports lovers can exercise in a perfectly equipped fitness room. Later, you can relax in a modern sauna.
The stairs lead you to a path through a beautiful pine forest, and finally you reach the promenade, the beach and the blue Adriatic Sea.
Approximately 400 meters from the villa, there are sports fields where you will surely find something for yourself.

Murter island is located 34 km up the coast from Sibenik town. On the island, you can easily find a hidden bay or isolated beach. Slanica Beach is the most famous one and is placed in the northeastern part of the island.
