The home is located in a peaceful and quiet residential area (mostly cottages) just minutes from one of the most gorgeous crystal clear water and powder sand beaches in North America. The home is very private surrounded by trees on three sides and a privacy fence on the other.

There is parking onsite. Beach is within walking distance, but you'll need a vehicle to go shopping for groceries.

Garbage pick up is Mondays. Place garbage in a black garbage bag (found under the kitchen sink in the island) and into the black garbage bin outside. Put up yellow flag to indicate there is garbage.

There is a maximum allowance of one black garbage back per week. If you have more garbage please put all the garbage into the large black garbage bags and put a green sticker on the bag. The green stickers are found in the top drawer of the island drawers on the right hand side - above where the zip lock bags, aluminium foil etc are found.
We've listed some basic information to help ensure you have an amazing stay.

- Netflix is available for watching television
- Towels are available for you on top of the laundry machine
- Please use any board game or XBox game you would like, and put it back as you found it.
- The beach is accessible from two locations. Location 1 - turn right when you leave the cottage and walk until you see the water building (small brick building) on your right hand side. Walk up the gentle hill and you'll be on the board walk.
Location 2 - turn left when you leave and left on Tiny Beaches road. You'll see a beach access point in between a brown and white cottage, across the street from the Realtor's office.
- Laundry machine to turn it on press the ON button, then turn the dial to the 12 O'Clock position and then from there turn the dial to the temperature you desire. Press Rapid Wash if you want a shorter washing cycle.
- Soap for the laundry machines is available above the machines in the cupboards.
- For the showers on the main floor simply turn the middle knob to turn on the water. The top knob to change the water source (top, body or hand shower heads) and the bottom knob to adjust the heat.
- Dishwasher - to turn it on simple press Normal Wash and then Start
- The best shopping is in either Wasaga Beach, Midland or Elmvale.
- 10 bath towels are available for you. Please bring your own beach towels and bath towels should you desire more.
- Pool - keep the pool clean or it will turn green. Too much Sand, grass, drinks and any dirt in the pool will see the pool turn green in 2 days. Recovering a pool to clean requires us to call our pool company and that is a $500 service fee we will charge you. There is a Pool cleaner on the deck with instructions in our guide book. The cleaner will pick up leaves and debris that are blown into the pool. That can usually be run once to twice per week and the pool will be perfect.
- Firewood is available for you use. Please limit your usage to 10 pieces per week. Should you need more please buy it at Walmart in Wasaga beach. If excess wood is used we will charge you the replacement cost.
- We keep the cottage very clean for your enjoyment. Our cleaning lady comes post visit for 6 hours. Should she require additional time we will charge your account $30/hour to cover the additional effort.
