Enjoy your stay in a magnificent property located extremely close to the sea (150m flat road). A maisonette built and decorated in complete harmony with the Cycladic architecture. It consists of two levels and has a large living room, terrace with large dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and WC. The house is independent and is located in a real estate complex.

On the elevated ground floor there is a large covered terrace, so you can enjoy it throughout the day, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a WC. On the first floor of the house there are two more bedrooms, a large bathroom and another terrace.

The living room has a large sofa and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for the preparation and preparation of any of your meals. Features appliances such as Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster and kettle.

The bedrooms have a double bed each and large closets that you can use during your vacation.

The living room and the two upstairs bedrooms have air conditioning. Also, all three bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Guests have access to all the areas of the house. The house has closets which remain locked and have the equipment of the property. The complex is fenced and access to it is through two shared entrances of the complex. The swimming pool will not be available for the 2025 season. Access to the sea is direct (just 150 meters with flat road).

The house features air conditioning in the living room as well as in both bedrooms on the upper floor. It also has high-quality ceiling fans.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the beach and in a quiet complex with other houses. Very close to the house there is a tavern with excellent food while the beach that is very close has an organized beach bar and restaurant but also has an area where you can sit freely.

The area is served by the local bus network with frequent iteneraries (approximately every hour during the day) and is directly connected to the town of Tinos. During your stay, it is recommended that you have car as Tinos has many great places which you can explore without having such a developed bus network. You can ask me to recommend a car rental agency or a taxi which you can use during your stay. The road and access to the complex is quite easy.
