Buscalan accommodation is managed by Libeth, born and raised in Buscalan, Tinglayan, Kalinga. I manage the establishment with my husband, Nick. Our accommodation had been open since 2018 and is Department of Tourism accredited since 2022. We offer a whole house with a private room, free use of kitchen utensils, dining area, veranda, and a shared bathroom/ C.R. We also offer UNLI locally brewed coffee and native rice.
Our home is a 20-30 minutes hike from the parking area, depending on the pace. A tramline is available for physically and medically challenged guests to save time and enjoy the rest of the day while at Buscalan. We are 2-3 minutes walk away from where Apo Whang-od does her traditional hand-tapped three dot tattoo signature.
