Just 10 minutes away from Unirii Square, this top floor studio apartment offers a surprising view of Timisoara, and it`s loaded with amenities.



Hosted by your beloved Dan from Ospitalier the apartment features carefully selected ammenities for an optimal weekly stay in Timișoara. Main attraction (beside the view): a wonderfully new comfy queen size bed.



With 30 squre meters total area, it is a pretty large in it`s class. And, yes, there is an elevator.



This studio apartment on top floor features a complete kitchen, with an induction stove with vent hood, an oven, a small fridge, but also a dishwasher. This is beside the coffee machine, toaster and water kettle.



Tea and coffee options are plenty. For coffee, besides capsules, you can use a french press or an Italian moka.



The main attraction: the room is designed to work best as a bedroom, with a large and very comfy bed dominating the space (160x200 - queen size), but has dedicated dining area, with height adjustable bar stools.



Main windows have drapes and louvers, so you can make it pitch black inside even during the day.



The second attraction: the balcony. Two large and super relaxing lounge chairs with a spectacular view. 10th floor, half a city in sight.



In this studio, between some very nice natural plants, you can also find books, some very generous storage space and two full size mirrors, one next to the bed, and one on the entry hallway.



The bathroom is modern, and surprisingly big for a studio - Has all the amenities you`d expect. A nice walk-in shower, where you get free shampoo and shower gel, to take care of your skin. A washing machine (free detergent behind the mirrors) to take care of your clothes. A hair-dryer is also present in the bathroom, and above the washing machine you can find sockets to use it, or maybe charge your electrical toothbrush.

All the space in the apartment is available for guests, the apartment has only one direct neighbour so this studio is pretty private.



I usually message you after the booking, the day prior to the arrival and the arrival day, but I`m available at any time. I answer most questions in a matter of minutes and can give you local recommendations or tips to get around.



Take Ionescu Boulevard is full of life at any hour, being the main artery that connects city center to the entrance from the airport. Most people chose to walk down the boulevard.



Main attractions like Piața Unirii or Iulius Mall are 10 to 15 minutes away. Parks and the famous Bega promenade are again 10 minutes away from the apartment.



There are a few stores nearby: Profi (3 minutes), Mega (5 minutes), Kaufland (10 minutes away). The closest 24/7 market is a Profi situated in Marasti Square, next to Unirii Square.



A laundromat with quick wash-dry cycles is next to the Profi store (3 min away).



The cool bars nearby are Reciproc and MGM next to the Bastion, 5-7 minutes away.



Want a quick bite? In Commerical Complex next to the building you can find 2 restaurants with really accessible prices (3 min away).



A cool italian restaurant, Erba, with a retractable roof is next to the Bega river, next to Isho complex (5 min away).



Late in the day it`s easier to find parking spots on the oposite side of the street. There is also a big private parking 3 minutes away, at Isho.



Public transport buses are 2 minutes away in each direction.



Walking to Unirii Square for 10 minutes can be nice along the very green boulevard.
