Youâre gonna find a nice beautiful Samsung refrigerator. It doesnât work. Theyâre gonna direct you to a mini fridge. If you complain about the fridge theyâre gonna tell you that theyâre gonna send a technician and theyâre gonna become unresponsive. Theyâre gonna tell you that if you use a certain amount of electricity youâre gonna be charged extra, even though youâre paying an exorbitant price for the lodging anyway. I threatened to check out early and request a refund for the remainder of my stay so they compensated me by moving me to another one of the properties with less amenities you had to pay for the air conditioner if you want it and everything else was an included fee at no time that they offer a refund for the difference in the property prices. I contacted Barbara various times they told me they would contact the holes last in ultimate unit and then at the end they offered me 120 key credit that was never given. I like to venue ive stayed at it before. But unfortunately, this time I ended up with a horrible host that doesnât invest in their property doesnât maintain it aside from the refrigerator being broke. The hair dryer was broke and iron was missing. Horrible experience. I definitely ask what host Iâm dealing with in the future if I even continue to use vrbo.
