Welcome to this newly renovated home that is minutes away from the heart of Tifton, Georgia. While this beautiful home is the perfect getaway for you and your family, its location makes it easy for you to get around to everything that Tifton has to offer!

The Space:

Welcome to your charming vacation home in Tifton, Georgia! This cozy two-bedroom, one-bathroom house is the perfect spot for a romantic getaway or a small family vacation, as well as for longer-term stays for those looking to enjoy the city for an extended period of time.

As you step inside, you'll find a warm and inviting living room with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV. The adjacent dining area is perfect for meals or game nights, with a table that seats four.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up your favorite meals, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and coffee maker.

House is very aesthetically pleasing. Perfect little getaway in Tifton. Not far from the park or any of the other main attractions in town. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is very clean and accommodating. 10/10 would stay there again. Host is very responsive and great to deal with. You won’t be disappointed in your stay here!

This house was very clean. It has been decorated very well. We had a great stay even though we only stayed one night. We would highly recommend this house and would stay again. Neighborhood was quiet. No complaints. Host very responsive as well.

WE were in Tifton for a Probate Clerks Training. The Home was so clean and pleasant. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area. Though I did not get under the cover to sleep, the bed slept so good with just the blanket.

Favorite Place in Tifton

We are in love with 12th street house! Always clear and inviting. You will get the best good nights rest. The beds are fantastic! We have stayed there several times and highly recommend it! The host is sweet and very fast at responding and does a good job at accommodating your needs.
