Vista Ajaches has been given its name as it looks out over the natural reserve of “Los Ajaches”, a volcanic formation in the south of Lanzarote. The entry allows you to walk into a fantastic garden with a front seaview terrace which will give you the possibility to enjoy every sunset to the fullest.

The living area is a traditional plan to an open kitchen with a breakfast bar and the large patio doors to the terrace with a fantastic seaview. The fully fitted modern kitchen consists of an electric oven & hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.

The spacious living and dining room is comfortable and attractively decorated and looks out to the front patio with great views of the ocean. The wall mounted flat screen TV offers Satellite channels, and WIFI is available throughout the property.

The master bedroom has air conditioning and fitted wardrobes, an ensuite bathroom and sea views. The second bedroom has two single beds and makes a great room for children. The second bathroom is just across from the room and is fitted with a walk in shower.

For your peace of mind, there is a security alarm and the house has air conditioning which can also provide heating during winter months.

Vista Ajaches is located a stone's throw from the beach and a 5 minute walk from the busy resort, which started life as a fishing village and now boasts all the facilities and amenities of a Canarian holiday town, with an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars. A variety of restaurants offer multiple options for the visitor to decide where to eat. From traditional restaurants, offering typical local products and establishments specialized in national and international cuisine with dishes from around the world.

There is a long sandy beach where sunbeds and shades are available for hire and in addition various water sports are available. There is a reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi service allowing you to explore all areas easily. The popular marina of Puerto Calero is a short drive, where you can spend a relaxing afternoon watching the boats or enjoy a yacht excursion.

This villa is an absolute Gem for divers, given its perfect location in front of Playa Chica - a divers paradise and home to "Safari Diving" dive school.

Very pleasant stay on Lanzarote

The small house is perfect for a stay of several weeks since everything you need is there. The location is great and even if Puerto del Carmen is a busy place, the place where the villa is situated is quiet. We really enjoyed the place and look forward coming back.

We had a wonderful stay in this very comfortable and well-equipped bungalow. The beds were cozy, and the indoor living space was both stylish and relaxing. The highlight, however, was the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea and lush exotic greenery. It was perfectly furnished with a table, chairs, and sun loungers – ideal for both dining and relax. Just a 1-minute walk to Playa Chica, the most beautiful beach in Puerto del Carmen, and a fantastic spot for diving. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway!

Magical Location

We stayed in this bungalow for 4.5 weeks winter sun. Situated between Playa Chica and Playa Babi it is a wonderful location with great sea views. Close to Old Town and harbour and a short flat walk to the strip. The rear patio is very spacious with sun pretty much all day with a great view of Playa Babi and very private. The front garden has also good space with sun all afternoon and glorious early evening views over to Fuerteventura. There are stunning views to southeast and west from the lounge area. The property has everything needed for a short or long stay. The main bedroom and both bathrooms are very good but the 2nd bedroom is tiny but useable for 2 adults. The TV is only usable for English speaking programmes via Youtube or Netflix which isn`t great for longer stays. All of the Buenavilla staff were brilliant and so helpful in every way and communication was first class Thank you all.

La villa est très bien située car tout en étant proche de nombreux restaurants, bars, magasins on est en marge du centre ville. Sur place l’organisation est parfaite (contacts pour trouver la villa, réponse aux questions…).

Die Baustelle vor der Terrasse war etwas störend. Ein Parkplatz war nur entweder am frühen Morgen oder am Abend verfügbar. In der Zwischenzeit musste lange gesucht werden. Die Unterkunft ist schlicht, funktionell, gut im Schuss, nett ausgestattet, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Die Badetücher und Wäsche waren zwar stets sauber, sahen aber aufgebraucht aus. Daher schätzen wir die Unterkunft für etwas überteuert ein.

Just returned from 10 days in Vista Ajaches. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The Buena Villa team were on hand should we have needed them but not a nuisance. Lekker ruime woning op maar een paar stappen verwijderd van Playa Chica. Een ideale woning als je hier je duikvakantie wilt doorbrengen. het duikcentrum Safari divers zit vlakbij.
