2 bedroom apartment located on the seafront opposite the main beach

New to holiday rentals this 2 bedroom apartment has been furnished to a very high standard and is centrally located within Puerto del Carmen, also within walking distance of the old town and harbour. Its enviable frontline position means you are only 50 metres from the beach and promenade, yet set back far enough to enjoy the peaceful and secure complex with pool and mature gardens.

The spectacular contemporary lounge includes comfy corner sofa, flatscreen TV with British channels inc. BBC,ITV, RTE, Movies, free unlimited WiFi .

The balcony enjoys pool and sea and mountain views and is equipped with dining furniture for alfresco dining. The fully equipped kitchen benefits from large oven, fridge with freezer box and microwave. The bathroom has a bath with shower over it also the washing machine is located in the bathroom. Towels are provided also an hair dryer is located here. The master bedroom has a KING size bed and bedroom 2 has twin beds - all have quality mattresses and bedding.

There is also a safety deposit box.

This apartment provides a high specification finish for all your holiday requirements and comforts. A perfect location for all ages.

Although there are ramps throughout the complex we would not recommend the property to wheelchair users or those with reduced mobility due to there being a few steps into the apartment itself.

Everything perfect .the view the apartment the cleanliness. the cleaning lady was very thorough.it is the second time we have been to this apartment and we are going again next year.the only thing was the pool area had no parasols so there was no shade from the sun that was the only negative

Tolle Lage, die Wohnung ist zu empfehlen, es fehlt lediglich eine Kaffeemaschine oder zumindest ein Kaffeefilter und eine LĂŒftung im Bad. Deshalb haben wir in der Gesamtbewertung einen Stern abgezogen. Das Apartment liegt direkt an der Uferpromenade mit endlosen Restaurants und kleinen GeschĂ€ften. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Fantastic property and location

Property is as pictured and set back from the main strip so you hear no noise in the evening. The views from the pool area and balcony of the beach are fantastic The hosts were very accommodating in kindly being able to reschedule the cleaning until the day after we left as we had a late night flight which was a real bonus

We stayed as las Tabibas it was perfect for us because of our young daughter who doesn't like to walk to far the location is perfect for the beach bars and restaurants..the beach is across the road, and communication with Dean was excellent as our flight had been cancelled for 2 days on the way over he was very quick to answer all our queries. We will definitely be back.

Christmas & New Year in Lanzarote

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in bester, zentraler Lage und trotzdem ziemlich ruhig gelegen. Schöner Balkon mit Meerblick. Betten waren sehr bequem, auch die Betten der Kinder. Gute Zimmeraufteilung. Leider fehlten VerdunkelungsvorhÀnge.

We have just returned from Lanzarote and we stayed in Las Tabaibas in P D C. We had a two bed apartment and it’s location was absolutely perfect. The apartment was terrific with beautiful views of the sea. Dean the manager paid us a visit just to introduce himself and offer any support if needed. We have already booked another property with Dean in Sept. We are also looking at going back there in 24. We stayed in E26. Jim and June

Fab! Would Definitely Recommend.

The location of the property was excellent. A beautiful balcony with a sea view. We were slightly worried that the apartment was too close to the bars and restaurants but we needn’t have worried. The property itself was just as described. Communication with the owner was excellent. He was particularly helpful after a mix up on our end and we were able to get an early check in as the property had been cleaned. Great stay. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent place

If you want to be situated with easy access to the beach, the strip and the old town this is a great location. The apartment has excellent views with a great balcony. It's on the 1st floor so you are not overlooked. Plenty of space although there was only 2 of us in a 2 bed place. It is in a nice quiet complex so you don't feel like you are on the busy strip and can't see the road just a view of the beach and the sea. Lazing by the pool is very good although the pool water is quite cold in winter. Everything was great and we had no problems

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment in central location

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Very clean with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and iron and hairdryer provided. Balcony with sea view and overlooking pool area. Plenty of sun beds to use. Would definitely recommend 👍
