The Space:
The River House is located just off the main road and only about 15 minutes from the entrance of the National Park. The recent renovations transformed this home into a modern river oasis perfect for couples and families alike. From the living room, dining room, or the inviting patio, you can savor the picturesque views of the Center Fork Kaweah River.

Step inside to discover a gorgeous living room and dining area, where expansive windows frame breathtaking views of the river and surrounding foliage. These spaces flow seamlessly into a well-appointed dream kitchen, designed to inspire culinary creativity.

The main floor features a cozy bedroom and a stylish bathroom, offering convenience and comfort. Ascend to the upper level to find two additional bedrooms, including a master suite with an en suite bathroom. The master suite overlooks the patio area and the serene river below, creating a private retreat with unparalleled vistas. For the little ones, a delightful selection of children's books and games is available! Recently added: Pack-and-Play, Jumbo Connect 4, Ring Toss, Kids Binoculars, doodle boards, and mini race cars!

The home's large windows not only fill the interior with natural light but also provide stunning views of the mountains and river. Open the windows to immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of the flowing river, enhancing the sense of tranquility.

The patio offers an array of seating options for al fresco dining, along with a propane BBQ to prepare your grilled dishes while the family relishes the refreshing embrace of the cool river water, making it the perfect summer retreat.

The 3R River Retreat is a hidden gem, promising a memorable and repeat-worthy getaway.

For those seeking additional accommodations, a charming tiny home is also available for short-term rental on the opposite end of the property. If you'd like to reserve both homes, please let us know! Both properties have River Access. (please review the proximity to the tiny home by referencing the aerial pictures in the listing.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home, WiFi, fresh towels and linens, Smart TV, and flat parking. There is river access from the home. Guests share a driveway with a tiny home on the property, which is a separate vacation rental. If you'd like to rent that home as well, please let us know.

The Neighborhood:
Located on Kaweah River Dr, just a street behind local favorites like River View Grill & Bar, and Reimers Candies & Gifts. Minutes to Kaweah Lake, Slick Rock recreation area, and Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks!

Getting Around:
We suggest using your own vehicle to get around.

Other Things to Note:
The River House is on a property with another home. They have their own separate spaces and do not interfere with each other. If you'd like to reserve both homes, let us know.

Although there is wifi and a desk in the bedroom, if you plan to work during your vacation, please keep in mind that this home is located in a mountain community. The wifi speed may not be what you're used to in the city. It can be spotty and not suitable for constant Zoom meetings or high-speed streaming.

Very unique property. Simple and modern build. My family really enjoyed the access to the river right in front of the property. We visited in early July and the water was flowing well. I imagine the river thins out as the summer goes on. Exceeded expectations overall. Would highly recommend

Loved our visit

As a retired architect with dust allergies, I choose vacation homes based upon design and materials. This property did not disappoint with the bonus of a beautifully scenic location. The living room and upstairs bedrooms furniture have been rearranged from the locations illustrated in the photos. I like the photos better. A few minor cleaning and maintenance issues but not more than we usually find at other short term rentals. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Spacious House, Great Stay!

We had a great stay at this house. The house is spacious and has everything you need. Located close to shops and restaurants and only about 15 minutes from the entrance to Sequoia National Park. I would recommend arriving in daylight as it may be difficult to locate in the dark. Would love to come back in warmer weather!

nice and clean. very tidy and good large bathrooms

Enjoyed our stay. Kitchen utensils were mostly broken or well worn. only three pans and the handles were loose. Bathrooms were very neet and clean. Well apointed. Hardly any toilet paper or paper towels. Had to go to store. Propany for grill was EMPTY. Could not use it. Called the rental manager. They could not help us.

Perfect spot for our visit to Sequoia and Kings Canyon. Great spot by the river. Guest Equity was easy to reach when we had questions. Would book this spot again. Comfy beds and just as pictured.

Great location and home

This property is an excellent spot for a family or small group of adults (4-6). Efficient and functional, it served as a comfy homebase during our adventures to Sequoia, with a super relaxing river front to lounge by and dip your toes in. After settling in we realized the property was missing a number of essentials (dishwasher detergent, detergent, wine opener, garbage bags) and the management team quickly responded and offered to reimburse us if we were able to purchase. While the offer was kind and understanding, it would have been great to have those basics there - but other than that the stay was great and we managed just fine :)

Sequoia National Park jumping off point

This tidy riverside 3 BR cottage was a terrific rental for our visit to Sequoia National Park. The house was clean and nicely furnished, the bathrooms were also clean with fresh towels and linens. Guest Equity did a nice job of communicating the check-in and check-out procedure and all went smoothly. The house is roughly a mile from a nice little shopping and restaurant area in the charming town of Three Rivers alongside the Kaweah River as it finishes its journey down the western slopes of the Sierra Range. We had good meals at Ol Buckaroo and especially enjoyed the coffee, breakfast and sandwiches at Sequoia Coffee. The only small quibbles we had is that the mattress in the master bedroom is a bit on the soft side and water pressure in the showers isn't great. Overall, it was an excellent accommodation and a good value.

Sequoia Stay in Three Rivers

Great location and lovely home! Communication with host was great! We appreciated the nice decor and personal touches. The home was perfect for our needs and it was great to see the horses each time we came and went from the property. Close proximity to 3Rivers restaurants and the National Parks.
