River Magic -Riverfront Luxury

River Magic offers a river front sanctuary with unique outdoor spaces such as fire pits, lounges, among others.

This is the most unique and custom-designed home in all of Three Rivers.
The River Palace is across the river from its sister property The River Island, which has become a landmark in Three Rivers. After living in The River Island for three years, we decided it was time to start a new project across the river : "The River Palace" and moved there to inspect and craft our vision to reality. We spent three years living in The River Palace with our now 6 year old daughter to make sure we could create a space where families, nature lovers and home design fans could have a beautiful journey. Our 3 level Riverfront Tree House is an arquitectural wonder that connects to the main house with a wood and metal bridge. The Tree House can be used as a yoga room, a meditation space, a stargazing haven and of course a safe dream playground for the little ones.

Indoor Common Areas: Both the living and dining room are an experience of their own that seamlessly
connect with a brand new Samick Grand Piano. Both areas are gifted with triple height top to bottom windows to allow the sunlight and river view to join the party at all times:

The Dinning Room can easily compare to a luxury boutique hotel experience in London, the stone dinning table was exported from Germany and the whole area is dressed by a huge Balinese Pointillism Rare Piece of Art.

The Living Room includes a white marble wood chimney, a custom made wooden furniture piece with a hidden pop-up Flat screen tv, full of Books, art pieces from indigenous cultures around the world, and board games.

The Gourmet Chef Scandinavian Kitchen is magazine cover worthy. A bold statement fro those who take cooking and serving food, as a serious deal.

Wake up to the home's best river view in The Master Bedroom, which occupies almost all of the left wing of the house, is just massive. Its state of the art bathroom is equipped with double vanities and a double shower.

All of the rooms are decorated with art from around the world.

This palace will provide you and your guests with a one-of-a kind river experience.
