The space
The Common Areas
A welcoming front porch with a timeless porch swing greets you as you approach the home. Inside, the main floor is open and filled with natural light, with multiple spaces for hanging out and relaxing.
The living room has plenty of comfy seating and space to play a board game, listen to a record, or watch a movie on the 65" Smart TV. If extra sleeping space is needed, the very nice and very comfortable double thick queen size inflatable bed with built in pump can be used in this space also. At the edge of the living room is a growing Lending Library for kids and adults, and the Kids Corner, with toys neatly hidden away but close at hand in the storage cubbies.
The kitchen is light and bright and a wonderful place to create a special meal together. It is very large with tons of storage space for all your food and drinks, and features a Coffee & Tea Station, Mixology Station, and small library of classic cookbooks. It is open to the dining room with gorgeous solid wood table and space for at least 8. A lovely half bath and conveniently located laundry room round out the ground floor spaces.
Out back is an outdoor oasis made for lounging on the comfy furniture, grilling on the gas grill, making S'mores around the fire pit, or running and playing in the grass yard.
The Sleeping Areas
Upstairs will you find three nicely sized bedrooms, plus a bonus sleeping nook off of the landing.
We're serious about a comfortable night's sleep! Each of the bedrooms feature a premium hybrid mattress, 600 thread count premium cotton linens, a choice of types and sizes of pillows, blackout curtains, ceiling fans, and nightstand charging stations.
Bedroom 1 features a king size bed, chest of drawers, and two closets.
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, large dresser, and closet.
Bedroom 3 also has a queen size bed, dresser, and closet.
Sleeping Nook- The twin size daybed features a comfy mattress and large storage drawers below.
Premium Inflatable Bed- This isn't the inflatable mattress you remember from your childhood! If extra sleeping space is needed, we have a very nice and very comfortable double thick queen size inflatable bed with built in pump available.
The large full bathroom has a shower/bathtub and is just steps from all of the rooms.
Whole Home Water Purifier- Every home in Three Oaks Village is on village water which, although clean and safe, has an extremely strong sulfur/rotten eggs smell. It's a village-wide problem, and it's pretty off putting. So we recently installed a top-of-the-line whole home water purification system.
We have found that the system has made a huge difference, drastically reducing the water's smell. You may still detect some odor, especially with the hot water, but it is a huge improvement over the standard village water, and we will continue to tweak and improve the system in hopes of eliminating all of the smell.
