Confidentiality Disclosure:

Guests have to please be mindful of their surroundings and neighborhood. Please keep the volume down after 9 pm, and no parties allowed. Additional fees may include any damage to the house or fixtures, complaints from neighbors about any illegal activity, false fire alarms, false police alarms etc. (A formal invoice will be sent to guests for payment instructions.) Please note: surveillance cameras have been placed outside the property (one overlooking the porch and one overlooking the driveway) to ensure guest safety.

NEW: Please note: There is now a newly renovated completely seperated basement apartment unit created for smaller groups of Airbnb guests who are allocated 2 parking spots on the right side of the driveway. These guests enter the basement apartment unit located at the back of the home via the walkway to the left of the home. You may park your vehicles to the left side of the driveway in case your booking overlaps with theirs to accomodate. If you have more than 2 cars, you may park on the street, unobstructing traffic. The basement unit has the same rules applied to the upper unit, no parties, quiet hours after 9 pm to ensure a smooth guest experience for all and to ensure minimum noise transfer between the 2 units to maintain a peaceful environment for all.

In addition, as there are guests staying in the basement unit which may overlap with your dates in the upper unit, I would appreciate it if you could be courteous and respectful as to keep the noise to a minimum especially after 9 pm as after this time it is considered quiet hours. In addition, I have a strict no party policy in place.
