Our modern, spacious home offers a serene base to unwind and reconnect with nature year-round. THE SPACE
Perfect for a family reunion, vacation with two families, special get-together, gathering of friends, or private business retreat. This premium, large chalet home has plenty of space to comfortably accommodate 10 people.

3-levels, 3,500 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, 2 wood-burning fireplaces, garage, huge deck, back yard, fire pit, and much more!

The house is secluded even though there are other nearby homes. The yard is private, especially in the summer with all the trees. In the winter, after the leaves drop, there is a nice view of mountains through the trees. Situated on a two-acre wooded lot, there is plenty of space to spread out both indoors and out.

Fully equipped! We provide linens, towels, pool towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee (drip, French press, K-cup, Nespresso), tea, and all the essentials!

Propane grill and patio furniture available spring through fall.

AMENITIES & RECREATION
Located in the Waterville Estates, a vacation home community in Campton/Thornton, you have the opportunity to access to the year-round Community Center (5min walk, 1min drive) which offers 2 outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools, 3 hot tubs, sauna, game room, restaurant, and bar.

You will have free access to outdoor community facilities including courts (basketball, tennis, pickleball, & volleyball), pond with beach, and community hiking/cross-country/snowshoe trails (accessible from our front door).

Our community ski hill (Campton Mountain - 5min walk, 1min drive) is open winter weekends and holidays for both day and night skiing. The base lodge, with restaurant and bar, hosts live music most weekends.

Guests will have access to the entire home and be sent instructions on check-in day.

> We provide 1 guest pass for Community Center access.
> Lost Community Center pass fee: $100
> Additional day passes* can be purchased from the front desk at the Community Center.

Please remove your shoes inside to protect our floors and carpet.

Sorry, no pets allowed.

Strict limit of 10 guests, maximum. We will charge a fee of $300 per guest per night for each guest over the capacity of 10.
