Our newly renovated (90m2) home can comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons in 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. Specifically, there is one master double bedroom with aircondition and access to the balcony and one more bedroom with extra large single bed and window.

The flat offers one modern bathroom with shower cabin plus washing machine & tumble dryer.

All kinds of essentials, towels, and toiletries are provided for your stay.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with modern electrical appliances to help you prepare any meal of the day!

There is an open space for the kitchen, dining and living room area with one large corner sofa (that can be turned into an extra bed), coffee table, and flat cable TV.

The flat features wooden floors. Finally, there is access to a lovely balcony where you can find a table and chairs to enjoy your drinks before heading off the explore the city!

Our flat is located in the heart of Thessaloniki. In a few minutes of walking distance, you can wander around the most famous historical sights such as the Rotonda and Galerius Arch, Aristotelous square, the White Tower or most of the city’s museums.

The streets of Tsimiski and Egnatia offer a buzzing shopping area ranging from popular high street brands to upmarket boutiques.

*Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from April to October, the tax is €8 per night, while from November to March, it is €2 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
