The Estate is conveniently located within 10-15 minutes drive from the beautiful Bangtao Beach, known for its turquoise waters, the vibrant street of Boat Avenue with a variety of restaurants to suit every taste, and the prestigious Laguna with its luxury golf and beach clubs. We recommend renting a car to fully enjoy the area and the island.
An open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen that boasts a high-vaulted ceiling and 2.8m glass doors that seamlessly blend the indoors with the outdoors, creating an immersive atmosphere. A fully equipped Western kitchen is available to cater to all your culinary needs, while the indoor and outdoor areas offer plenty of space for socializing.
The Villa features two gorgeous master bedrooms suites with direct pool access and lounges with a sofa and Smart TVs, as well as two spacious guest bedrooms with garden views . Each bedroom is elegantly furnished and comes with en-suite bathroom, comfortable bedding, floor-to-ceiling windows and air conditioning. One of the master bedrooms is conveniently connected to the main building, while the other offers seclusion for optimal privacy and located in a separate pavilion on another side of the pool.
Two extra guests or children can sleep on a sofa bed in Bedroom 2, please let us know in advance if you need us to set up bedding before your arrival.
Located in the center of the villa, the 19m swimming pool features a waterfall and a jacuzzi. Surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers, furnished cedar wood Sala, garden, and an outdoor shower area. You’ll love spending blissful hours there, soaking up the sun, getting lost in your book, and taking dips to cool off.

We can help you arrange transfers and taxis, Islands and day tours, recommend the best dining options or book a private Chef for a special meal, all to create a truly personalized and memorable stay.

Housekeeping service is already included in the price! The maid will clean daily and make an amazing breakfast for you on request. The cost of the groceries for breakfast or any other shopping made for you is not included in the rate and will be charged with a surcharge of 10%.
Please note. Electric usage is not included in the price and will be charged at 7 baht/kw according to the meter readings on check in and check out.
(Expect to pay an extra 150-250 baht a day per bedroom depending on the usage).
A damage deposit of 20000 THB is requested upon check in. Your deposit will be refunded in full on check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
