No Reply on House Issues - Ever

The home is pretty much as -advertised. The back pool area is very nice . We had issues with the Garage Door randomly opening- when we were there and wide open when we returned. I messaged through the DACK App which you must download to use with this home. No response. The Patriot Pool guy accidentally broke the lock on the lanai area screened door. Now the front and back are both an issue . Again, I notified on the Dack app and phoned the number (that was on a light-up screen) to contact on the kitchen counter. It had been raining, so the pool was chilly and the “hot” tub was even colder . I asked if there was a way to adjust the hot tub-No response. I responded on Sunday to their email of “how’d you like your trip” - I did not want to leave a bad review on such a nice home and wanted to give a chance for discussion -No response. So , while the home was lovely
.I will NOT rent any place using this DACK app to communicate. We were told to put the gate and garage remotes together- but we actually never located them . There was a nice printed sheet of Instruction, but it wasn’t found until day 3 as it was stuck on a wine rack in the corner - not with the light up monitor that you notice immediately. We had 1 towel/washcloth per bathroom. It would be great to have everything needed in 1 location, and to get a response quickly of there is an issue. I ALSO left a 3 page note on the counter detailing our issues

A Paradise within The Villages

The house was beautiful with an expanded lanai and private pool in which we felt we were in our own little paradise inside The Villages paradise. We had lived in The Villages before and were able to have our friends over for a great get together with plenty of room. The expanded lanai and exterior grill allow for continuous outdoor living during your stay. Can't miss with this house. You'll love it.

High Cost-Minimal Value for Six Week Stay

Day 1 - Dishwasher broken, Microwave broken. Sheets, pillows, towels stained and in disrepair (spent 300 purchasing new). 5 bath lightbulbs burned out. Two days later pool and spa fail (not repaired for the 6 weeks stay). Golf cart had dead battery. Gas grill had two propane bottles, both empty. Without any negotiation we received 1,000 refund on 15,000 rental. 350/day rental and we get 22/day refund. What was to be a fun vacation with family resulted in HUGE disappointment. DO NOT recommend this house in current condition.
