The apartment is located in the heart of the old Scheveningen village. The pleasant shopping street offers something for everyone.
Walking distance from the beach and good connections with bus and tram to the city center of The Hague.
HOUSE RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please read and follow the house rules below:
* No parties or events are permitted.
* Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the apartment.
* Pets are not permitted.
* Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment.
* Please respect the noise curfew and keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.
* Turn off the air conditioning whenever you leave the apartment.
* Please respect the check-in and check-out times. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a âŹ250 fine.
* Keys: Please handle the keys with care. Use one key to access the apartment and keep the second key in the key box.
* If you are locked out and the host team needs to assist, a âŹ120 call-out fee will apply and must be paid immediately.
* Lost keys will incur a âŹ85 replacement fee.
* Please take good care of the apartment. Guests may be held liable for any damages that occur during their stay.
* Do not rearrange the furniture.
* Please wash and put away your dishes after use.
* Please take out the trash before departure.
* Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
* Please use the extractor hood when using the kitchen or bathroom to ensure proper ventilation.
* Commercial activities (such as filming, photoshoots, or business use) are not allowed unless approved by Four Star Apartments.
* Any illegal activity is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund.
Four Star Apartments reserve the right to impose fines of up to âŹ1,000 or immediate eviction without refund, depending on the severity of the violation.
