Overall nice stay. The apartment is in a great location, clean and suitable for families. Pity the air con was not working, no wifi and tv required a new antenna which we bought ourselves and left it working in the tv (your welcome) staff at East Coast were lovely and always responded promptly. Will stay again once air con is repaired.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. Our check-in was delayed, and while we were initially offered either a late check-out or an extra night as compensation, this was later withdrawn and we were asked to check out on time.For a three-bedroom apartment, we were only provided with one key, making it very inconvenient for my husband and I to come and go at different times.The Wi-Fi modem was disconnected, meaning there was no internet access during our stay. The TV is very old and not a smart TV, with limited channels. Our children were unable to watch Netflix or other standard streaming services that are typically available in holiday accommodation.There is only one air conditioner in the lounge room, and it automatically turns off after 30–40 minutes, requiring us to constantly turn it back on. There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, making them extremely hot, especially with young children. A fan provided in the main room was extremely old and dusty, and when turned on it released dust and rust particles.The pool, which was advertised as a feature of the apartment, was very basic and unsuitable for families. No shade, no seating, no shelter, and no poolside chairs. There is nothing around the pool area, and you are forced to place towels on hard flooring. With young children, the lack of any shade made the pool area unusable. You also cannot bring a beach umbrella, as there is no grass or sand to secure it. Overall, the apartment did not meet expectat

The apartment itself is clean and comfortable but the communciation was very poor in orde to get to the apartment. I did not receive the property address and checkin instruction till I have to call StayZ on the day at the Entrance. When I got the address (did not get email notification as it was requested over the phone), we drove to the address, then we could not enter. Then again I have to call StayZ to get another address so that I need to go to collect the entrance key. After arrival I have to communicate again to get the instruction of Checking Out. There was no email communication after the payment confirmation email. Understand there is an app but I do not wish to download another app that I may not use in future (looks like this is definite).
