The Space:

Evergreen Lodge is a spacious 3-bedroom / 2.5 bathroom condo unit that faces Blue Mountain and backs onto the Monterra Golf Course. Park your car for the duration of your stay and enjoy a short walk to the Village, where you can access skiing, a variety of activities, restaurants, shops, and more.



As you step inside, you will be welcomed by an inviting open-concept main floor designed for socializing and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals, and the spacious dining table comfortably accommodates your entire group, making it easy to host gatherings. When it’s time to unwind, retreat to the cozy living room, where you can bask in the warmth of the gas fireplace while enjoying a good book or catching up on your favorite shows. A delightful bonus of this property is the private sauna, where you can relax after an enjoyable day outdoors.



Upstairs, you will find the 3 bedrooms. The master suite features a king-sized bed, a sauna, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom has two fun twin-over-twin bunk beds, perfect for children.



In the warmer months, step outside to enjoy the peaceful, spacious and private patio area. You'll also find a barbecue and seating that offers views of Blue Mountain.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the full condo except for a couple of locked owner's closets. There is Free parking in front of the unit.



Two parking passes will be provided and need to be used in your car. Without the passes, you could receive a ticket. Parking passes must be left in the unit upon checkout, or a $50 fee will be billed to replace them.



The Neighborhood:

Wintergreen fronts onto Blue Mountain and backs onto the Monterra Golf Course. The unit is located within a 5 minute walk from Blue Mountain Village restaurants, activities, shops, and more.



Getting Around:

Blue Mountain Village is accessible by walking, biking or driving. Downtown Collingwood with grocery stores and shops is located within a 10-15 minute drive. Thornbury is within a 10-15 minute drive



Other Things to Note:

There is a Sauna located in the primary bedroom. Please ensure it is turned off when done using.
