After completing your booking, you will receive a digital rental agreement by Airbnb message. To secure your reservation, please review and sign the agreement within 48 hours. Reservations may be subject to cancellation if the agreement is not signed within this timeframe.

- Parking is available for one vehicle in the underground garage, which also features private ski lockers for storing your gear. An elevator provides easy access to the 4th floor, and trash and recycling are conveniently located in the garage area.

Important Policies
- Please note, this property has exterior video monitors located at the entrance and on exterior living spaces. This may include video doorbells or mounted exterior cameras
- The condo and building are smoke-free, with smoking only allowed off-site, away from common areas.
- Motorcycles, trailers, Sprinter Vans and RVs are not permitted
- Pets are not permitted at Rendezvous Mountain Rentals short-term rental properties. Service dogs are allowed with prior notification and required paperwork
- Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) as service animals; property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. Please contact our office for guidance
- Long-term rentals (30+ nights) require a lease agreement, security deposit, and are subject to homeowner approval
