Animal Policy: NO CATS. Maximum 1 Medium/Large Dog or 2 small dogs.** NON- SHEDDING HYPOALLERGENIC ONLY*** Must be HOUSE TRAINED and CRATED when guests leave. The cost is $35/Per Dogl/ Per Night and needs to be paid through the resolution center the day you book.

Do not let your dog loose at any time. The person(s) who book the reservation assume full responsibility of any damages, additional cleaning expenses caused by the animal in the reservation as well as the safety of animal(s) on the entire property. Any unapproved or additional animals are subject to a $50 daily fee per animal.

- **Bedding**: If you'd like your pet to join you on the bed, we kindly request that you provide a sheet for them to lay on, ensuring the comfort and cleanliness of our bedding.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making our pet-friendly policy an enjoyable experience for all guests. Thank you for choosing our property for your stay.

- This apartment is a peaceful retreat and not suitable for parties or events allowed. External cameras will be monitored, and any sign of this will result in eviction with no refund.

- We value a serene atmosphere for all our guests, and quiet hours are observed at 10:00 PM. In the rare instance that we receive two noise complaints during your reservation, we may have to terminate your remainder of the stay without a refund.

- Your safety and well-being are of utmost importance to us. Any sign of illegal activities, smoking inside the unit, loitering outside, or hosting a party without the host's consent will result in the immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.

- No extra guests allowed inside the unit unless approved by the host before booking confirmation. If you try to bring unwarranted guests in, you may be forced to leave without refund. So, don’t risk it.

- Extra guest charge $30/pp/PER NIGHT, regardless of whether they stay or not.

- To maintain a comfortable environment, the thermostat has a threshold of 68-72 degrees. Should you anticipate being cold, we recommend bringing additional clothing to keep cozy.

- As a gesture of respect to our cleaning crew and to maintain the apartment's cleanliness, we kindly request that you adhere to our checkout instructions. Failure to do so and leaving the house excessively dirty will result in a penalty up to $500 depending on the severity rating from 1-10, determined by the host or Airbnb. This includes, but is not limited to, dirty dishes, indoor/outdoor messes, confetti or similar items, spills, pet messes (if applicable), etc.

- Smoking smell or any evidence of smoking inside the unit will incur a $350 ozone cleaning fee.

- In case you forget something and need it to be mailed, there is a $40 charge plus the cost of shipping.

- Reservation changes are subject to approval. If allowed, 50% of all adjusted/removed dates will be withheld by the host. Please note that no reservation date adjustments are allowed within 5 days of arrival.


- We may request Proof of Identification from any/all guests in the reservation at any time before or during the check-in process. If any guest(s) refuse to provide the requested identification, the entire group will not be able to stay, and you will not be entitled to a refund.

- Early check-in and late check-out must be paid for at the time they are approved. No refunds.

- All issues should be reported within 3 hours after check-in. With photographic evidence.

- All issues that are not reported will not be eligible for a partial or full refund.

- Communication is very important to us. We would greatly appreciate it if any issues could be communicated directly to us, rather than being left in a review.
