From the country house you can quickly reach the Adriatic coast, with its many beaches, and nearby historic towns, such as Mondavio, or major cities like Urbino (UNESCO Heritage Site) and Pesaro (the native city of the composer Gioacchino Rossini).

Nestled in the rolling hills of the Marche region, Casa in Campagna enjoys a panoramic position with splendid views of the surrounding countryside.
It is the perfect place to enjoy peace, privacy and nature, and is ideal for relaxing stays.
The private swimming pool has a shallow area suitable for children and is equipped with sun loungers and parasols offering views of the countryside.
The porch at the front of the house is furnished with sofas and is perfect for relaxing outdoors.
The pergola overlooking the pool can be accessed directly from the kitchen and is perfect for outdoor dining while admiring the landscape.
The garden surrounding the house features two gazebos, one with a table and chairs near the pool and the other near the barbecue area and wood-burning oven.
Guests also have access to a vegetable garden where they can pick seasonal vegetables.
The property is completely fenced and has private parking.
La Casa in Campagna is a cosy property that can accommodate up to 12 people.
The villa consists of two apartments with independent access, "Il Padronale" and "Il Contadino", ideal for families and groups who wish to enjoy space, privacy and a private pool.
Both apartments are accessed from the porch of the house.

The "Il Padronale" apartment can accommodate up to 8 people and is spread over two floors.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living area, consisting of:
- a living room with a large sofa and TV;
- a kitchen equipped with an oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, espresso coffee machine and a large dining table, with direct access to the pergola equipped for outdoor dining;
- a bathroom with shower.
A staircase leads to the first floor where there are:
- 2 double bedrooms;
- a bedroom with two single beds;
- a bedroom with a double bed (cm 140×190);
- a bathroom with shower.
The bedrooms feature the house's original floors and exposed wooden beam ceilings. Each bedroom offers wonderful views of the surrounding landscape.
Bedrooms are equipped with insect screens and fans.

The "Il Contadino" apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is spread over two floors.
On the ground floor there is:
- a living room with sofa and TV;
- a kitchen equipped with oven, fridge-freezer, and dining table, with direct access to the pergola equipped for outdoor dining;
- a bathroom with shower.
A staircase leads to the first floor where there are:
- a double bedroom (with air conditioning);
- a bedroom with two single beds (with air conditioning);
- a bathroom with shower.
Bedrooms are also equipped with insect screens.

There is also a laundry room with a washing machine that is accessible from outside.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; final cleaning; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); air conditioning (only available in the bedrooms of the "Il Contadino" apartment); Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance; policy "Easy Rent" (additional insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property, up to a maximum coverage of € 3.000,00 and subject to limitations).

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):

- Free cancellation (full refund) up to 30 days before check-in.
