The 9 bedrooms can accommodate up to 22 people. The structure has 8 bathrooms, large common areas and, above all, huge outdoor spaces for moments of happy conviviality, get-togethers, ceremonies, business opportunities and much more.
The Villa is surrounded by the vineyards of the property where an excellent Chianti is produced. Rooms have terracotta or hardwood floors, exposed stone walls, and rustic-style stops. Evocative, on the ground floor, the vaults of the brick ceilings as well as the large beams that divide the entrance, living room, dining room. The large windows overlooking the outdoor patio let in plenty of sun and light. The whole building is spread over more than 600 square meters and has numerous solutions all based on livability. In the highest part of the house a comfortable mezzanine with leather sofas and Tv will make your evenings with friends special. Equipped with everything you need in the kitchens of the structure.
In the sleeping area, ceilings with exposed beams, brick floors, iron beds and solid wood furniture will make your living room unique. Baby cots and beds are also available.
Outside, a beautiful, very large infinity pool and a second heart-shaped pool will refresh the hot summer days by giving you relaxation in the solarium area with a verdant garden, sun loungers and a large wooden gazebo where you can also have lunch or dinner or indulge in your favorite hobbies such as reading, writing or simply a chat with friends, an aperitif or a cocktail in the moonlight. Also outside there is also a barbecue area and a picnic area.
You will be very close to the art cities of Florence, Siena and Arezzo. The area also has important natural attractions such as the Valdarno and the Valle dell’Inferno and Bandella regional nature reserve. The Ponte a Buriano and Penna nature reserve is also not far away.
Florence Peretola airport is about an hour away by car.
