The pool is open seasonally from March to November. The Observation Deck is open all year round.
Please plan to bring your own fire wood and charcoal for the BBQ.
NO OUTSIDE GUESTS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY

POOL: The pool is open for the months of MARCH-NOVEMBER. No glass is allowed in or around the pool. There is no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. There are no outside guests allowed at the pool. If you use the string lights on the patio, please turn them off when you are done to comply with the dark sky ordinances. The Observation Deck is open all year round.

FIRE PIT: Small fires are allowed in the designated black fire pit. Please do not make fire if it is windy. Plan to bring your own firewood or pick some up across the street from The Cottonwood General store. The fire must be fully extinguished before you leave it. Please respect other guests space.

COMMUNAL SPACES: We have a communal area great for gathering or using as a work space. There are two fridges available for your use, a microwave and a few plates, cups and bowls. Please place your fridge items on your designated shelf, respect the items of others, and let us know if the common area needs a tidy. If at the end of your stay you have food items that are still good that you wish to leave behind move them to the ‘help yourself’ shelf. Do not leave behind items without moving them over to the communal fridge. Discard any unusable items. WE DO NOT HAVE A FULL COMMUNAL KITCHEN Room 4 has a full kitchen, if you anticipate needing one please book room 4.

NO CONFETTI ALLOWED ON PROPERTY. There will be a $100 charge for us to clean up confetti.

QUIET HOURS: Please be respectful of the other guests on the property, especially after dark. Quiet hours are in effect from sunset to sunrise.

PETS: Pets are welcome but they must be included on your reservation at the time of booking. If you are booking for two people and one pet, please ensure that the pet is shown when you reach the confirm and pay screen. We ask that you and your pet adhere to the following rules.
Dogs are not allowed on the bedding or furniture. Pets are not to be left unattended in the room unless crated and not prone to barking. If your pet is left unattended and is disturbing other guests, you will be billed for the disruption. Please be advised that other dogs may be around, plan to leash your dog if they are not friendly. Pick up after your pet.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
FIRM: Full refund for cancellations 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of reservation, and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund or transfers after that.

Late checkouts without prior approval may be billed for an additional night if it interferes with our housekeepers ability to get started on time.
