Welcome to St. Stephen’s Adventure, a spacious and pet-friendly 3-bedroom, 2-bath home nestled in the rolling hills of Templeton wine country. Perfect for families, groups of friends, or couples seeking both relaxation and adventure, this home features a private hillside pool, firepit, screened patio, and outdoor dining and lounging areas designed for memorable gatherings. Inside, you’ll find comfortable living spaces, a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, and modern amenities including Starlink Wi-Fi and EV charging — all set against panoramic views and surrounded by oak trees.

🏡 The Living Space
Sleep: St. Stephen’s Adventure accommodates up to 8 guests across three bedrooms:
‱ Primary Suite: King bed with 40" TV, en-suite bathroom with double vanity, walk-in rain shower, and direct access to the backyard pool area.
‱ Second Bedroom: California king bed with 32" TV.
‱ Third Bedroom: Queen bed with 32" TV.
Gather & Relax: The living room features an oversized queen sleeper sectional, 52" TV with Blu-ray, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace — perfect for movie nights and conversations after a day of wine tasting. A separate sitting area provides additional lounge space for quiet moments.
Equipped Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped chef’s kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, an island bar, and all the cookware you need. The adjacent dining table seats six and features a 32" TV for casual entertainment.
Indoor Comfort: Stay comfortable year-round with central air conditioning, heating, and enhanced high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi that supports seamless streaming and work-from-home connectivity.
Outdoor Oasis: Your private fenced backyard has been designed with the following for enjoyment and entertainment:
‱ A 9-foot-deep hillside pool for cooling off on warm days
‱ Screened patio for shaded lounging
‱ Firepit for evening gatherings under the stars
‱ Gas grill and outdoor dining table for alfresco meals
‱ Two picnic tables and plenty of outdoor seating for your group

📍 The Location
Just minutes by car to Paso Robles and Templeton wine tasting rooms, local breweries, and award-winning restaurants along Vineyard Drive and Main Street.
Easy access to charming Templeton cafés, boutique shops, and the weekly farmers market.
Around 15 minutes to Pacific Coast beaches like Cambria and Cayucos, and around 30–40 minutes to San Luis Obispo’s dining and coastal attractions.

🔑 Important Guest Info
Rental Contract: A signed rental agreement must be completed within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $500 is required per stay as a standard hold for incidentals.
Pets: Pet-friendly! Up to 2 pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee ($100 per pet), and the home includes a designated pet room and dog house.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours start at 10 pm, and all outside activity must be brought inside by that time each night. Voices carry up here and we want to maintain our trusted relationship with our neighbors. Thank you for your cooperation.
EV Charging: Available overnight only. Daytime charging may occasionally cause electrical issues depending on other systems and appliances in use within the home, so guests are asked to schedule vehicle charging during nighttime hours whenever possible. Please note that EV chargers vary by vehicle type, and we are not responsible for charging issues related to vehicle compatibility.
Pool Heating: Pool is heated to 78 degrees, May - Mid October at no additional charge, and warmer water temps will require an additional heating fee. Please inquire at least 48 hours in advance if you'd like to arrange heating for your stay. The typical cost is $400 for a two- to three-night visit, and heating must be scheduled for the entire duration of your stay. The pool temperature can be set to the mid 80s, and generally, the ideal temperature for a pool is between 78°F and 85°F
Cancellation Fee: We understand that plans can change. TVR is committed to offering a flexible cancellation policy whenever possible; however, all cancellations will incur a $75 cancellation processing fee. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to help protect their vacation investment in the event of unexpected changes.

We loved our stay at the property. It felt spacious and had great areas to gather together. Both the living room and family room had comfortable furniture which is a feature I look for in a vacation rental. The beds were also very comfortable and the master bedroom had access to the backyard through the bedroom and the master bath. The wood burning fireplace, outdoor fire pit and swimming pool all added to the enjoyment of the property. It was extremely quiet and peaceful while being in a perfect location to get to Paso, Templeton and Cambria at the coast. We would definitely return for another visit! Thank you

Exceeded Expectations

We all (2 adult couples) enjoyed our stay. The house is clean, spacious, well appointed. Terrific kitchen, yard, view. Wi-Fi and TV are first rate. We all agreed that we would gladly stay here again. We didn't have any with us this time, but would be great for kids and dogs. Highly recommended.

The house is spacious and it is very centrally located. The pool is big enough for everyone and is separated by a gate, which is nice if you have children or pets. Would stay again!

Great House for a Fun Trip

I stayed here with a few friends for a “girls weekend”. The location of the house was very close to the string of wineries along the 46 highway, as well as the mid state fair that happened to be running while we were there. The house was very comfortable, clean, and well taken care of. (Including very comfortable beds). The pool is a huge plus as well. The property surrounding the home is beautiful and gives the feeling of being secluded but also not too far from things. We did have an issue with the air conditioning during our stay that ended up getting replaced, but the communication and management of the situation from the host were excellent and timely. Overall, we had a great stay here. Hopefully we will be back!

Amazing rental. Beautiful on the inside & out.

This was hands down one of the best vacation house rentals we have ever stayed at. The house itself is beautiful, updated, clean, and the beds are so comfortable. They think of everything you could possibly need, having toiletries on hand and a reference binder with local areas of interest. The pictures shown online are good, however in person let me assure you it is even better. The pool area is like a sanctuary, and it is so big it is like having a hotel pool to yourself. It is in the most beautiful location, making every drive we made scenic. The property host is beyond helpful. This is not a property that once they receive your money you can't get in touch with them. It looks like alot of love and care has been put into this property, it is amazing. If I didn't want to see the world, I would come back here for every vacation.

Solitude at its best

The house is large and well equipped. We enjoyed being outside in the fenced in backyard with our dogs. It wasn’t swimming pool temperatures but the pool is large, clean and well maintained. The location is close to many things but far enough away that you can enjoy the solitude of being in nature.
