What more could you want for a fun getaway! The home is walking distance to restaurants, shops and tasting rooms to downtown Templeton. It also has quick and easy access to downtown Paso Robles, Route 101, Route 46 West, Paso Airport, Paso Robles Event Center, and Vina Robles Amphitheater … and over 300+ beautiful wineries in the Paso Robles area.
This renovated home is roomy and comfortable inside and out. Inside, enjoy the living room with a large sectional and gigantic TV with incredible Dolby Atmos Home Theater 9.1 sound. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area with a large table and comfortable seating for 8. Just to the left of the dining area is a well-equipped large kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances, a 6-burner gas stove, granite countertop, a stainless-steel work counter, along with all the cooking essentials you’ll need to prepare delicious meals.
The spacious master ensuite, with a large king bed, plenty of light, and its own master bath. The master also has a large TV and a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair. The en-suite bathroom features a huge walk-in shower. Bedrooms two and three are located just down the hall. These bunk bed rooms have plenty of space, each with a Queen bed on the bottom, Twin XL above and pull out Twin trundle. Both rooms have a TV. They share a large bathroom, all new, with a walk-in shower.
Just outside the sliding glass doors from the dining area are relaxing seating areas, a BBQ and a fire pit…perfect for enjoying a meal, good wine and conversation while the rest of the group enjoy all the fun and games. There are three outbuildings, each with their own theme, a Poker Room, Gym and Quiet Room for reading or work. The converted garage is just off the kitchen. It has a full-size pool table and a ping pong table. Side tables and chairs are for those that wish to cheer on their team players.
You can ask "Alexa" or "Hey Google" to turn on or off just about anything in this Smart Home. Check the Welcome Book for instructions.
