Equipped Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen includes all standard appliances — refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and more — along with a full set of cookware and utensils. Whether you’re preparing a simple breakfast, a picnic to take on your wine tours, or a home-cooked dinner, the space supports easy meal prep.
Indoor Comfort: Climate control, including air conditioning and a space heater, plus Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer, ensures reliable comfort throughout your stay. Thoughtful extras like towels, toiletries, and quality linens make the cottage feel warm and welcoming.

A short drive (about 6 minutes) to downtown Paso Robles, and approximately 25–35 minutes to Central Coast beaches like Morro Bay, Pismo Beach, Cayucos, and Cambria.

🔑 Important Guest Info
Rental Contract: A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
Security Deposit: A $250 security deposit is required per stay as a standard hold for incidentals.
Parking: Gravel driveway parking in front of the unit is available; the gate can be pulled behind your car, if preferred, suitable for small to medium vehicles; larger vehicles may need to park in the dirt lot on Forest Avenue and walk around to access the alley entry.
Security: A security camera overlooks the patio/driveway/entryway area for protection; tampering with camera systems is prohibited and is grounds for immediate eviction without refund.
Quiet Hours: Start at 10 pm, and all outside activity must be brought inside by that time each night. Voices carry up here, and we want to maintain our trusted relationship with our neighbors.
Shared Property: You may have other guests or owners in the main home, but there is separation by a gate surrounding the unit for total privacy.
Cancellation Fee: We understand that plans can change. TVR is committed to offering a flexible cancellation policy whenever possible; however, all cancellations will incur a $75 cancellation processing fee. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to help protect their vacation investment in the event of unexpected changes.
