The Space:

This home features King & queen beds.



Each room is equipped with a dresser, room darkening shades, linens and towels for up to 2 guests, and closets with quality hangers.



If you're coming to town with a work crew, sales team, or your family needs a place to stay while waiting on your home, then this is the perfect place for you.



Living room also has a bonus work station desk with ergo chair. If you'd prefer we can move to one of the bedrooms for you prior to arrival.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home except for the garage, which the owner has their car in and a supply closet in the primary bedroom which we keep locked.





You will be able to enter through the front door with a smart lock code which will be provided upon completion of the guest check in app.



Other Things to Note:

There is a $14 additional guest fee per guest after the 6th guest which is automatically included if guest booked for a correct number of guests.



If the additional guests will be added after booking, the platform will recalculate and add the additional guest fees.
