The space
Guest are provided with door code for easy checkin and checkout which expires on checkout.Guest will save money as there is no cleaning fees compared to similar listings in Washington DC.The interior of this home is professionally decorated with luxurious leather couches, golden media center, and golden dining table and chairs with Crystal chandelier. The bedroom is big and spacious with mirror closet, Queen bed with nightstand and Dresser and study desk. The Kitchen has lots of cabinets to keep groceries .There is kitchen stove, microwave, owen and dishwasher and guest should immediatley wash dishes and clean after themselves when using the kitchen and kitchen should be used only for light cooking.
The best thing about this home is that, Rosecroft shopping center and Bus stop is only few minute walk.The shopping center has International Grocery store, couple restaurants, gas station, Subway fast food , Wells Fargo bank, Dollar store, laundromat and Cell phone store.
On top of this it's only 20 minute drive to drive to Union Station, National Mall, Reagan Airport, Smithsonian Museum, Navy Yard, Wharf, Washington Nationals Stadium, Chinatown, and Downtown Alexandria Harbor.

By booking this VRBO every VRBO guest agrees to abide by these House Rules.

No children, no infants, no pets, no events and no visitors are allowed at home.
No smoking or intoxication from alcoholic drinks inside home.
Please remove shoes at the door.
House Quiet Hours from 10pm to 7am.
As per community rules every guest has to provide a valid ID or/passport to verify their age and identity on the day of Check in.
Guest are not allowed to bring anyone inside home and they should meet their friends, visitors and relatives outside home.
Please immediately clean after yourself when using bathroom and kitchen .
Please turn off lights, TV and all electrical devices when not in use or going outside.
Guest should never hang or mount anything on the wall and should not move any furniture from their room or living room.
Guest should vaccum and clean the rooms every Saturday as the Host/Cohost will inspect the home every Sunday morning.
Home will be inspected after checkout as well and any damage discovered during checkout inspection will be reported to VRBO.
Guest should never open the windows as HVAC system is running 24 hours to keep home at room temperature.
Sorry no refund for guest initiated cancellations after checkin and early checkout due to change in plans, work or emergencies.
Only light cooking is allowed and guest are welcome to use stove, microwave, toaster, ansd small oven.
There should never be unwashed dishes left in the kitchen sink.
There should be no loud noise during house quiet hours.
Please keep your room neat, clean and tidy the way you found it at Check in.
Home has visible security cameras at house entrance door, living room and kitchen for safety of property but guest should always lock the door after entering and exiting home.
Tampering with security cameras will lead to cancellation of booking and immediate removal from the premises.
Please immediately clean with cleaning supplies after using shower and toilet.
Always turn on exhaust fan when taking shower and using toilet.
Flush twice when using toilet.
Do not flush anything except toilet paper in toilet.
If the toilet gets clogged than guest will be charged $100 through VRBO towards toilet repair.
Guest will charged $60 lockout fee through VRBO for more than one lockout during stay.
$100 will be charged for replacement parking pass and $50 will be charged for replacemnt keyfob for not returning the apartment key fob and parking pass one day before checkout.
Guest access
Guest can access the bedroom, balcony, living room, kitchen and stairs.
Other things to note
